How long is the processing for a new tax declaration?

I'm planning to buy a house through housing loan in the Philippines. The owner of the has to get a new tax declaration as one of the requirements by the bank.

Any idea how long will it take to get a new tax declaration? I hope it will only take a week so we'll know the result of the application this year. (Crossing our fingers for a positive outcome.)
