pero hindi nilagay yung mga tao na nawalan ng pera nung subprime crisis..mas madami yun..sana na interview din nila yun..

bumili when it was on highest..then sold nung nasa ilalim na yung charts..

as usual another promotion.. pero hindi yan ganyan kabilis ah.. you guys need to gain experience first.. and lose money first..before you earn..kung may nag ga gain ng pera.. merong nawawalan..

The two essential elements in stock market investing is Time and Expertise. If you have both, you may not need to go for Mutual Funds and UITFs. However, if a person doesnt have both, it would be better to go for MF and/or UITFs.

Lately though, Citiseconline as well as Absolute Traders are giving interested parties the opportunity to learn the trade, specially the Technical Analysis side of it.

Hi Sir Prof...

Time is what I have now (lots of, actually)... expertise is what I do not have...

I decided to do my stock trading personally by using my 'time' to gain 'expertise'...

Hopefully, I would have expertise in due time...
 :watchuthink:

Problem will be if I had the expertise already, will I have the time?
(and, the money?)

Hi,

Sarcastically funny post.

Anyway, I started in the stock market when i was 19... well, my objective is to learn not necessarily make money... I have made & loss money... but what's important is learning...
how can you gain expertise if you don't have the experience of making & losing money in the stock market...

In this scenario, if you have time and no knowhow its pref to go to school and get some info about finance and accounting before buying any companies.

Learning how to manage time is applicabe to all endeavors of life and not just in investing. If you learned how to manage money effectively and not time then in my opinion its a waste. Try to learn how to manage both now that you have so much time in your hands.

not to be callous but taenang mga teroristang iyan.  they've done the country a great disservice.  they've killed and maimed a lot of their countrymen, all for what,  a little destablization.   :thumbsdow   i just hope not everyone would shy away from our country and from our equities market.

mas masahol pa sila. kasi at least yung mga muslim extremists na terrorist, suicidal. they're really dying for what they believe in. etong sa makati, atakbo atulin e.

pero IMO it won't do much damage to p6 that much. we've been through similar circumstances before but the stock market nonetheless reached new highs afterwards. for me, it's just going to be a blip which we'll forget about in the future... but... be more concerned about dow's big drop yesterday... be cautious...

be cautious din sa malls...

hey guys, sino dito gumagamit ng charting software.
pa-guide naman sana.

1. Metastock vs Amibroker?
2. Where do you get the historical data? If PSEGet how? Or parsing the servlet of pse.com.ph? How?
3. How do you import the data to the charting software?

Thanks po! Pansin ko konti lang ang generous stock traders willing to guide/help newbie like me. Lahat naniningil eh. Sana may mentor ako.
