Starting a Sari-Sari Store
« on: Sep 18, 2006, 01:11 PM »

I'm planning to put up a small sari-sari store. And I have the following questions. Hope you guys can help me.

1) How much is the ideal capital needed to start up a small sari-sari store?
2) What are the basic commodities that I should buy?
3) Which of this commodities have high ROI potential?
4.) How much does a business permit for a Sari-Sari Store cost?
5.) What are the requirements for getting a business permit?

Other tips that would be helpful are most welcome.

Thanks!

3.) Highest ROI potential? Nakakahon like gatas.
Tubong lugaw ka, for sure.

4.) Ayan naman ang medyo mahal. Hindi ko lang maalala magkano eh. 5thou yata some years back. Tapos nirerenew yan every year or every six months (i forgot na)...

5.) Requirements yata i-divulge yung income ng sari sari store mo and other basic stuff that identifies the person owning the store (SSS, birth certificate (?) etc)...

I'm planning to put up a small sari-sari store. And I have the following questions. Hope you guys can help me.

1) How much is the ideal capital needed to start up a small sari-sari store?

I think the question here is how much you can afford to put up as capital.  Some even started with their 1 k or 5k capital and they made it grow also.  It's your choice here how big the sari sari store you can afford to open then that's the capital you'll gonna need.  or kung gusto mo talaga marami stocks mo, dahil nga sari sari store tawag so dapat stocks mo talaga sari sari pede ka naman mag pa consign, marami naman nag offer nyan.

2) What are the basic commodities that I should buy?

I suggest you identify first your market.  See the overall scenario.  Is your location for low end user, medium or high end user.  Kasi iba iba naman ang needs nang bawat market na to di ba, mpov ko lang to

3) Which of this commodities have high ROI potential?

Again, this depend on your location and market so dapat talaga stocks mo pakunti kunti muna para malaman mo kung anu ano ang mga product na mag ki click.

4.) How much does a business permit for a Sari-Sari Store cost?

di ko alam kung pareho pa rin ngayon dati kasi i know someone who just pays a few hundreds in a year basta mura lang sya

5.) What are the requirements for getting a business permit?

as far as i know brgy clearance ata tapos personal doc mo

Other tips that would be helpful are most welcome.

Thanks!

Nakupo! :gagged:
