Anong ideal monthly income mo kung:

1)may kotse ka, nagddrive araw araw

2) may bahay ka, nagbabayad ng mortgage buwan buwan, located sa subdivision

3) may isa kang anak, sa private skul nag-aaral

4) may asawa ka, walang kinocontribute sa gastos, pero di na kailangan bigyan ng allowance

5) nagbakasyon ka kada taon sa isang matinung lugar

6) nagtatabi ka para sa iyong pagretiro

7) lumalabas ka kada linggo(nagma-mall-ing, nagsisine, nag-eextra curricular activity ka.

1. 1.3 City o 3.0 Benz?
2. Subdivision sa NCR o nasa Cavite/Laguna
3. May kaibigan ako private pero 10k sa Cavite....o Brent?

Yung Controller sa dati kong work (multinational) nasa 600k ang kita...medyo nasa upper scale ng options mo.

Pero kung wala ka ng trabaho...patay ka...ihirap i sustain ng ganyang lifestyle lalo na kung wala kang ibang pinagkukunan ng pera bukod sa trabaho.

For this kind of lifestyle, for me, 100k Php income a month is good enough - PERO dapat passive income!

Kasi kung sa active income mo manggagaling ang panggastos para sa ganitong lifestyle, ikaw din

mahihirapan.

For this kind of lifestyle, for me, 100k Php income a month is good enough - PERO dapat passive income!

Anong ideal monthly income mo kung: 

1)may kotse ka, nagddrive araw araw – P40,000 kasama na lahat (depreciation, insurance, gas, toll, maintenance)

2) may bahay ka, nagbabayad ng mortgage buwan buwan, located sa subdivision – P40,000 (5M loan, 25 years to pay)

3) may isa kang anak, sa private skul nag-aaral – P20,000 (tuition fees, books, etc + baon)

4) may asawa ka, walang kinocontribute sa gastos, pero di na kailangan bigyan ng allowance – P40,000 (pareho ng gastos mo sa kotse mo kung pareho mo silang mahal)

5) nagbakasyon ka kada taon sa isang matinung lugar – P20,000 (P240,000 kada bakasyon)

6) nagtatabi ka para sa iyong pagretiro -  P90,000.00 (gastos 1-5 and 7 = P180,000 x 12 = P2.16M @ 5% of retirement fund = P43M, divide by 40 years)

7) lumalabas ka kada linggo(nagma-mall-ing, nagsisine, nag-eextra curricular activity ka.  – P20,000 (P5,000 kada lingo, 4 na lingo)

Salamat.. = P270,000/month

Best thing to do is compute all your monthly/annual expenses.. From there malalaman mo kung ano yung kasya na income..

If you're also saving up for a car replacement or upgrading to a bigger car in 5 years time 45-50K

house amortization with association dues
5M loan 10yrs bank financing 60K
15 yrs 55K
20 yrs 45K
25 yrs 40K

private school tuition fee + other school expenses + extra-curricular activities
low end 5K
average 10K
high end 20K

family vacation once a year 3 pax
domestic destination budget tour 5K
domestic high end accomodation 10K
or nearer south east sian countries
farther Asian countries 15K
outside of Asia 20 & up

malling eat-out, amusement park, family places
if no purchases 10k
with shopping 20-30K
weekly extra curricular activities
sports, gym & hobbies 1K to 10K
with clubbing 15K
with mp 20K
with gf 30K
with kabit 40-50K

pick your choices then add it up together with the ff:
premiums of health, life or insurance investment plan divided by 12
home utilities
groceries
tithing & charities if applicable
purchases for home improvement, car assessories, personal wants
Human maintainance medical, dental & aesthetic care
retirement funds: 10% net of what your earning at minimum
for you & your wife at least 20%

saved up & invest consistently for the next 25 to 40 yrs depending on your age.

That should pretty much cover for everything...

@BP, bakit tithing and charities lang ang "if applicable", hindi ba pwedeng "if applicable" ang lahat?
