Congrats to CAP Philippines for honoring the policy for claims. i have a hard time collecting my claims from PDIC on my philfarmersbank five year double your money time deposit account even though i already submited my original certificate of time deposit, passbook and deposit slip. PDIC is using their dirty tactic of "NO RECORDS FOUND" just to walk away from claims.

( PFA 21-98-06-01-A0135 MATURED, NO AVAILMENT AS OF TODAY)its been more than two months ago since i submitted this pension plan policy,now gusto kong matanong sa inyo po madam kung any time kaya na mag punta kami sa cap office makati ay ready na for payment ang claim ko for my matured pension plan?kasi mang gagaling pa ako dito sa olongapo , para hindi na sana ako mag aksaya ng pamasahe! thanks madam Maria_ann....

good morning maa'a maria ann, gusto ko lng po itanong yung sa pension plan po kaya makukuha ndin po ba, nung november 2009 pa po kc ang maturity date non. ndi ko nmn po ma follow up sa Cap Lipa Batangas, kc yung contact number na binigay nila no longer in service, gusto ko po sna kunin yung updated na contact number sa Cap Lipa, Batangas branch.thanks..hoping for your immediate response..pls..

Yey! This means I can now go and help my existing insurance clients who had CAP, to file for their claims and they can now reinvest it to us at Insular Life. Yey!

Hello again Ms. Maria Ann.

I wonder if this is another one of those CAP’s “Media Blitz” to extinguish the raging dissatisfaction of CAP members who have been promised so many things by CAP but could not deliver.  “CAP Philippines!  NOW PAYING BACK!!” is a catchy statement and yet, look at the guy’s CAP Pension from Batangas, he has been waiting for almost 12 years to get paid!  What about Jetz who was told that CAP is currently processing claims that matured in 2005!

I myself have reasons to get skeptical, kung ang simpleng pangako ni Ms. Maria Ann na:

 “I will contact someone I know from CAP Pension for you and check on those exact questions as soon as I can. Please wait patiently and I will respond as soon as I can”.  That was in October 2010!  Hangga ngayon wala pa yung CAP Pension Rep para mag-explain naman.

Remember this statement by Ms. Maria Ann too who gave some of us some false hopes:

"From what I know, CAP Pension has no problems and continues to pay out to subscribers on a regular basis provided paperwork and other requirements are complete".

With due respect Ms. Maria Ann, you have posted some seventeen (17) names/claims in this topic out of millions (maybe) of CAP subscribers, could you please tell us what was that for?  Is this a case of calming before a storm?  Really, if CAP is paying as you claimed, then there’s gotta be a claimants database or a master list of payees that maybe accessible to Subscribers.  Hhmmnn, I’m getting more curious now!

lets just face reality lokohan na ito!..the authorities is not even taking actions with Caps criminal acts!...Dapat gisingin ang DOJ sa kasong ito para kahit papano mapag dusa ang mga t*rantado sa Cap!...kay laking scam kaya ito!.. mas grabe pa ito sa kaso ni Gen, Libot and Gen Gacia aba!...can any body do something for this?
