I started to work out about 3 weeks ago, and I am barely seeing any results. I want some good exercises to do at home for my abs, legs &  butt. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

try to ask assistance from gym instructor, pagawa ka ng program para sa goal mo...exercise and diet kailangan to see results.  :cool2:

As we all know that exercise is really important for us, and  we should also try to take healthy diet, doing regular exercise make us fit and active. Though most kinds of fitness exercises are useful for your body, for example, if you have got a lot of fat around your hips and tummy, you are to use a fitness exercise program which targets these areas. A healthy balanced diet contains a variety of foods including plenty of fruits and vegetables rich in starchy foods such as whole wheat bread, pasta and rice, some proteins in plants, such as meat, fish, eggs and lentils and some dairy products milk.

Alyssatom is right. Aside from all the exercise you've been doing, try to have a healthy and well-balanced diet. Ako aside from exercise, i also try to avoid rice and I also try to eat less. Instead of rice, I go to The Sandwich Guy near me lang and grab a sandwich. They use wheat bread so healthy siya and it's good! Di nasasacrifice yung taste. Pag dinner, I also eat before 6PM. Ayun.. Try mo lang.

I've read somewhere about the six small meals a day method.  The idea is to jumpstart and improve metabolism to help burn calories.  Each mini-meal or snack should include lean- or low-fat protein, fiber, and a little healthy fat. For good nutrition, try to include at least one fruit or veggie in each mini-meal.

Good protein sources include lean meat, seafood, low-fat dairy (yogurt, cheese, milk), eggs, nuts, beans, and soy.  Fiber-rich foods include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and beans. Healthy fats come from vegetable oils, avocados, nuts, and fatty fish.

  • @culinary10: Hello I am new here! Regarding sa bdo life insurance for 8 years, pwede pa kaya ma refund yung binayad ko na 50k last year? Gusto ko sana icancel kasi lack of financial na, last may 15 2018 po un nag start ako ng life insurance, pinili ko annually kaso etong may 15 2019 wala nako ma ipay so gusto ko sana icash out, may alam ba kayo kung pano marerefund?
