US, Canada, Hong Kong scholarships for Filipinos

Filipino high school graduates may apply for scholarship for a two-year international baccalaureate course abroad through the United World Colleges (UWC) Philippine National Committee.
The scholarship is open to all Filipino citizens aged 16 to 19 years-old by August 2010, high school graduate before August 2010, and ranked in the top ten percent of their graduating class.
Applicants can apply for a:
- full scholarship to the Lester Pearson UWC of the Pacific in Canada;
- 90% scholarship to the Li Po Chun UWC in Hong Kong; or
- 75% scholarship to UWC of the American West in the USA
Applications are due on March 4, 2010. For more details, visit the UWC Philippines website.
