Space leasing in Malls

  • Hi. Can anyone help me how to apply for space lease in malls? Like for example, SM Malls, or Robinson Malls. how much is the pricing, do I have to give them a proposal first... etc. Any info will be appreciated. Im not being lazy, its just that, im outside the country and the worldwide web is not helping. =o)

    Salamat po.

iba iba ang rate per mall. ang alam ko lang ay, when i inquired 2 years ago, sa SM San Lazaro 2,000+ per sq. m. while SM Mall of Asia naman nasa 900+ per sq. m.

san mall mo ba balak? pass ka muna ng proposal or letter of intent kasi pila pila ang applications for rental spaces sa mga malls. pahirapan minsan kumuha ng pwesto. :)

It will also depend on the location of your cart, kung sa entrance, lobby, 4th floor etc.

Cost to lease a commercial space at a mall

  • Hi everybody.  Does anybody know how much does it cost to lease or rent a commercial space at popular malls such as SM, Ayala Center, etc.  A rough estimate per square meter would be good enough.  Im writing kasi a business plan. hehe.

  • Don't lease at sm san lazaro becasuse business is bad there.  Last month i visited i counted 22 closed/unleased space which sometimes they try to cover with colorful tarpulin to masked the emptiness.

  • I am not sure about commercial rates pero alam ko sa SM north, the small space for an ATM machine cost 50k a month. May hiwalay na metro pa ng kuryente ito  :watchuthink:

  • Hm.. I am not really about the space siguro around 4 sqm yung room for the wall type ATM machines tulad nung nasa SM North, yun malapit sa Ace hardware. There is a row of ATMs there.
