Hello guys I need help...what is this transaction password in EON cyber account? I log in to my EON cyber account using my login/username and pin (as my password) and then they brought me to a "CHANGE TRANSACTION PASSWORD" page ( it says As an additional security measure, we are requiring you to change your Transaction password.You can continue to use the facility after your transaction password has been changed. ) this is not happening before. and then I filled it up; I put my pin number as a password in the first text box and then followed my new password that I have just selected and it says "INVALID TXN PASSWORD" what is this mean? I can't really remember if I have made a transaction password before, when I log in I just use the username and my pin no. that's all. Now at this time they are asking me this procedure, I can't really remember the transaction password, I have already tried entering all the possible password that possibly I would have been using but it won't let me, how do we recover a forgot password? Please help...

Call Unionbank hotline, 84-186 to reset your transaction password.

tumawag ako kahapon 2-3 days daw hintayin ko email ng unionbank para sa reset. ganun ba katagal talaga?

I got the email within a few hours. I am not sure but i think the password in the email is good for one or two days only.

Ang tagal naman ng 2 days, much more ang 3 days

They will just ask your email address as reference but they will send your transaction password on your mail account at eon portal.

Yup, and usually, they will reset it and you can use the last 10 digits of your eon card, I guess.

atleast and unionbank one day lang magrereply na sa email mo, bdo lekat isang linggo.

call their hotline and request for new login details... they usually send it via email.

Every 90 days or 120 days ata ang expiration ng TRANSACTION PASSWORD.

Almost all banks have that "security" feature. Dapat nga po, para safe, weekly ang palit ng password.
