Anything that is bitter is alkaline, and sour is acidic. :hello:

Dito sa overseas, my substitution of taking alkaline substance in my body is via consumption of Spirulina

Correct me if I am wrong. :thankyou:

  • In relation to this subject, merong isang ex-cancer patient na nakilala ako overseas who advised my boss how he survived and beat his cancer 10 years ago. He is now in mid 70's.

He used to drink everyday a glass of lukewarm water diluted with bicarbonate soda (approx 1 tbsp).

He has also got a table of basic and alkali food and as much as possible, mga basic foods ang kinakain niya.

    Just sharing some info!

Marami at marami pa ring natitira.

NOTE: distilled water are also called dead water kasi hindi ito nagtataglay ng mga nutirents at minerals na kelangan ng katawan.

Water is the most crucial factor in establishing and maintaining proper acid-alkaline balance. What is really that alkaline water can give us?

  • i totally agree on the benefits of alkaline water. from my own personal experience, it changed my life. i was diagnosed with an enlarged spleen (splenomegaly) a month ago, and i had 4 straight days na intense pain in my stomach. after ko matapos mag-antibiotic ng 7 days, meron pa rin ako nararamdaman. a friend introduced me to alkaline water. yung pinasubok nya sakin is the alkaline concentrate (drops). nitest nya din acidity ko (ph of 5). after just week of drinking alkaline water, the pain is almost gone. at kakaiba yung energy ko ngayon. my bowel movement became regular as well. i have also better sleep. sa alkaline water ko lang naexperience yun.
