question lang po sa mga gurus and others who have an ideas.

we know na ok ang afpslai, kaya nga nirendahan ng bsp at binato ng mga banko kase maganda returns.

how about ang amwslai?
i heard na medyo nagkaroon ng problem dito before with regards sa board of directors and some bank run or fund withdrawal.
mrs ko kase makulit, being a daughter ng airforce at sundalo di na kami umabot sa afpslai (30k na lang kase per qtr), kaya inilagay namin sa amwslai.

ok lang ba na iwan ito sa amwslai ng matagalan?

thanks sa makakapag bibigay ng linaw at labo, para mai withdraw na agad kung

sayang, why did you leave the Academy, umabot ka ba sa recognition? kaya pala tops5450 ang name mo, because of your father.

anyway, you cannot be a member anymore by virtue of you being a former cadet since wala ka nang payslip. is your mother still alive, is she receiving a monthly pension from the AFP? if this is so, pwede siyang mag-apply as a "Regular" member since Widows may do so. then you can be an Associate Member since anak ka nang Regular member (of course, i am assuming that you are over 21 years of age).

sir milesmine, i suggest you stick to AFPSLAI. kung maglalagay sa AMWSLAI, make sure na hindi gaano substantial and you monitor it regularly. just my .02 lang po

Sir dutchboy. I was a secondclass cadet when I leave the academy. It was just so unlucky that I was not so very intelligent guy that I failed one of my subjects in mathematics. I was given a chance to turnback, but fortunately I was then employed in a state college. Nakapagrelaks ng kaunti po kung kayat I decided to leave my military career and go on living in my civilian life. I told to myself that it does'nt mean a big difference since parehong gobyerno naman ang ating pinaglilingkuran po.

Sayang mababang ang dividend ni AFPSLAI. Bakit? I think they are making ok lang pera, pwede ba?

@ to all who have CCAs, hnd ba pahirapan mgdeposit ng funds dito?
As per their site, during the 1st 3 working days of every quarter makakalagay ng
funds sa account...

At alam nyo ba kung pwede i authorize yung spouse nyo(assuming
you're an associate member) sa account?

Yes, every first 3 days of a quarter lang pwede magdeposit. Madali lang naman pag nagdedeposit ako. Kasi yung karamihan ng tao dun, nagloloan.

Yung pagdeposit walang problema kahit associate account.kahit sino ang magdeposit basta dala nya yung bankbook at ID, hinde ko lang alam sa withrawal.

Oo kahit ikaw ang magdeposit bastat dala mo yung ID nya at yung green na passbook nya.Pero 30K nalang ngayon per quarter so limitado na malalagay mo. Pero use the power of compouding lang kasi magugulat ka mabilis sya lumalaki. Sa kabila nga sa PSSLAI nagbaba na rin ng max deposit eh 150K nalang ngayon nung nag open ako dati max nila 250K pa. Sana naman wag muna sila magbaba this year.

Yup, at dapat yung kamag-anak mo sa AFP/PNP ay isang regular member rin sa AFPSLAI para ma sponsor ka..

@Arvin sana pati pg withdraw pede ako rin hehe...

^^well hinde ka pwede magwithraw. pero maganda nga yun eh kasi talagang mamamaximize mo power of coumpounding kasi kahit ma-tempt ka kunin di mo makuha pera mo.haha.. Sakin nga naglalagay ako sa account ng kapatid ko eh. nag abroad na sya so wala talaga ako magagawa kundi hintayin ko sya kung gusto ko makuha yun. Maganda siguro separate mo yung emergency acct mo dyan lang talaga yung long term.
