PMT donates to Typhoon Ondoy, Pepeng victims

Members of the PinoyMoneyTalk (PMT) community donated P25,000 cash to the Philippine National Red Cross in support of the latter’s relief operations targeting the victims affected by typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng.

The money, previously collected from PMT Forum members intended to help less-fortunate Filipinos, was deposited to the Philippine Red Cross’s BPI Current Account No. 4991-0010-99 on October 1.

Honda City or Toyota Vios?

We’re now on our third week in the house that blogging bought. Once in a while, a few minor snags still crop up like water leaks and drainage problems but a more bothersome nuisance for me is the transportation to and from our place.

You see, I don’t own a car and, inside our subdivision, there are no tricycles or jeepneys. Just to reach the main gate, one has to walk for around 10 minutes. From there, the only way to reach the highway is via a tricycle and every time you take it, expect a very bumpy ride.

And so I thought of giving myself a Christmas present. Yup, a car. The Google Adsense car, because I’ll be using the remainder of my Adsense income this year to purchase it.

On December 21, Sunday, PinoyMoneyTalk.com is having its EB and Christmas Party at Room 313, 3rd floor of the Guadalupe Commercial Complex in Guadalupe, Makati. Registration starts at 4 p.m.

No need to prepare huge contribution fees. We will individually order from the McDonald’s branch at the 1st floor of the building, so even if you order just a Burger McDo, that’s no problem!
