Top Blog Posts of 2010

Following the trend of TV shows having year-ender specials, we would also like to wrap up the previous year and start the new year by looking at the 10 Most Popular Blog Posts at PinoyMoneyTalk.
Looking back, our blog output was merely half of our output in 2009. In 2010, blog posts totaled 104, an average of 9 published articles per month. This was in stark contrast in 2009 when we had double the articles — a total of 206 posts.
And yet traffic was up 60%, with unique visitors of around 5,000 everyday in 2009 peaking to around 8,000 everyday in 2010. Despite the lower number of articles, our total Adsense income was still up 10% compared to 2009. Majority of the traffic and income came from articles posted before 2010, validating our previous conclusion that blogging can provide passive income.
