Casey James is from Fortworth, Texas (TX). During his audition where he sang John Mayer’s Slow Dancing in a Burning Room, judge Kara DioGuardi and guest judge Victoria Beckham had him take off his shirt. Kara is said to have a “little crush” on Casey James. Simon Cowell voted no, but the other three judges voted yes to send Casey to Hollywood.
