Of all the listed banks and their online banking system here, I usually use BPI and Metrobank. I think they are the leaders when it comes to online banking.

Worst internet banking is METROBANK. It’s like hell when enrolling to their internet banking service. more than 3 months of processing with hell of follow-up, but for me I never have received as the called password mailer in spite of personally visiting their marketing agent.

Not only that, enrolling account for fund transfer is another hell. Need to fill-up the form and personally submit. You cannot do it online even if you are an internet banking member. Meaning loging in to your internet banking account and enrolling third party account for fund transfer is not possible.

Avoid Chinatrust at all costs. Technology: fail. Customer service: fail. Follow-up: fail. I don’t know how the bank stays in business. In fact, I firmly believe it may not be in business much longer. I’m closing my account ASAP.
