Such start capital is a good start, because it reduce the risk to many will copy.
What risk/reward level do you aim at?
As allways start something you have enough understanding of yourself, although some knowledge can be "bought" by employing or partner.
Do you plan to work often in it yourself?
I recomend DON'T start anything you don't keep an eye on at least rather often.
One type of business, which was very good a few years ago, was making coco oil, but then prices went down. I haven't checked if it's good profit now.
(It's some tricky though by molded raw material can make products more or less worthless, so knowledge is needed how to avoid that.)
And as for other export businesses too, corrupt custom is a big risk because sometimes they have delayed containers much, I suppouse to earn by high "storage fees" and sure sometimes to make the owner give up so the custom get the products for free
But there you got an idea of TYPE of business you can think of =Refining something, which need more start capital than few can afford.
DON'T start BPO business, although it have been good, at least until it's clear if Trump will force home many American outsourced jobs, which dominate the Phils BPO. (If I remember corect it was around 70-80 percent of the Phils BPO, when Trump wonn the election.)
