DU30 nominates Abas as COMELEC chief again after Abas was bypassed by the CA.

Abas is the nephew of a high ranking MILF official, who goes by the alias Mohagher Iqbal.

DU30 prefers federalism.
House Reps concur.

Can Congressmen be trusted to do right in Chacha?
Not to mention the rush they are in to do it this year!

If the 1987 Constitution is so lacking in proofreading and editing resulting in conflicting rules and ambiguities, how much worse would it be for Chacha in 2 months??

The SEC is threatening to shut down Rappler due to the veto power vested in one of out foreign PDR investor.
That much is clear.

So the bigger question is WHY?
Why did the foreign (US based Omidyar Network) investor wanted to have veto power over some owner's prerogatives?

Addl INFO.
Omidyar Network played a role in the toppling of the then Ukranian President in 2014.
How? by funding some opposition "NGOs".

Hindi po Malaysian si Salim.
Indonesian sila.

Telecom companies doesn't have to be 100% Fil owned.
News media companies lang ang covered nitong 100% Filipino.

Ang mali ni Rappler, naka sulat mismo sa PDR nila na meron veto powers ang mga PDR holders. Apparently the Kanos don't trust them 100% din.

Metro Pacific companies in RP are at least 60% Fil owned - at least on paper.
Such as PLDT  MPI Meralco etc.

PLDT meron din PDR, sila nga ang original nyan, even listed in NYSE.
Ginaya ng GMA and ABS-CBN ang setup.
So gaya din si Rappler, yun lang sa terms and conditions nila nagkaroon ng veto power and PDR holders kaya na-silip.

Mahina lawyer ng Rappler?
No choice sila dahil desperate sa funds?
Meron unholy setup talaga?
Ano pa pwede?

CHA CHA!

Akala ko Congress ang may initiative nito?
So how come DU30 has formed a 24-member consultative committee to amend the 1987 Constitution, with former chief justice Reynato Puno as its chairman.

At sino namili ng members? Sya din, si DU30
So far, Duterte has named 19 people to this committee ... plus

Duterte said the 24 commissioners to be led by Puno will draft a Constitution that would shift the country toward federalism and end the Moro secessionist rebellions in Mindanao.

Trabaho ng Congreso yon, if they can agree to a Con-Ass.
As for the Con-con option, the members have to be elected.
So anong CHA CHA eto? Legal ba?

Or has Congress - both the Senate and the House - totally submitted to DU30? Wala na kahit charade man lang?

Well, he's the President of the country. Sabi naman niya, basta para sa bayan, he doesn't care kung makulong siya later.
People should give him a chance since he's the President this time. Our current type of government is not able to solve the issues in our country. Baka naman Federalism would solve it.

NO to FEDERALISM.
NO to FEDERALISM.

CHARADE is still ON.

Both Senate and House members claimed total control over CHA CHA.

NO to FEDERALISM.
NO to FEDERALISM.
