I have been in the company even before it was launched po.
In MLM it's normal it's them among the first who earn good   :)

In the long run, if the products are bad, then it's of course bad,
but if the products are GOOD, then it's BAD for most people in the organisation anyway  :)   because then there will be TO MANY who join, and by that "everyone" will try to sell, but it's hard to sell when almost all people have joined...   :hihi:   
(It's common within MLM,, people end up with products they can't sell...)
So best for them in the bottom are if the products are AVERAGE...   :hihi:

Tapos hangang ngyun wala pa din reply sa pinasa kong incident report sa company. Acknowledgement man lang na narecive ng companya, wala. tsk tsk. since January pa un. hai naku.

P14,999 for a package with UPS when you can just go direct with SMART, GLOBE or with Via.com for your travel business. Scam yan lalo na kung di mo control ang kita mo and you are too much dependent sa mga "middlemen" like UPS.

Yes, you will give 14,998 pesos for a Global Dealer Package. ONE Time Membership = Lifetime Membership.
You can even pass this on to your family and inherit your accounts and they will inherit the benefit of your accounts like the passive income and they can continue your business.
That's not just the business we offer. There's a lot more.

Also, if you will do that, how many systems will you open to do business with each other? How many load wallets do you need? Is that easy or convenient?

Scam? OF COURSE NOT !, Like i said, before the launching of this company, I'm already with this company.
I have 50 Global Dealer accounts here, 4 franchise accounts. Now, if this is a SCAM, I will not buy 50 accounts and 4 franchise accounts. I bought my 48 plus Global Dealer account and 4 franchise accounts on my 4th year with the company.
Like i said before. If THIS iS A SCAM, The company will be closed and the owner is already in jail. But, this is not a scam, the company is OPEN ever since and the owner is not in jail.

Its not also and always true that if your are first to join the MLM company that you will be the sure top earner. NO! Many who are first to join MLM are NOT automatic top earners. Yes there were some but there are lots who joined first are not top earners! Why? Because they did not do the right business procedure, they do not follow proven techniques. These people are the people who do not follow instructions and proven techniques.
Its false to say on the other hand that if you join late, You will never be a top eraner? ITS NOT ENTRIELY CORRECT! We have new members that became TOP EARNERS and even surpassed the earning of their grand uplines!

It will never happen that all people in the world will be part or MLM and this people will be your customers!

Again, it was mentioned the importance of a GROUP!
Yes, in our group, we make sure or at least try to be transparent. We are against HYPING. We make sure that those who joined our group knew what they need to know before they join the company especially to our group! WE HELP EACH OTHER! TEAM SUCCESS HELP EACH OTHER!
We also have members of Team Success who are "PASAWAY", and we do not help those who are "pasaway" or hard-headed.

Sure, it's not a scam. The company has permits and all. But the credibility...

Ung grand upline ko nasa top 3 top earners with access to talk with the president directly. What did she do? She blocked me after spending almost 70k. And threatened me to be sued unless i take this post down. Lol

Tapos, ung companya. I sent incident report many times. I called the customer support many times pero wala lang, dedma.
I'm not sure if people would want to join in a company that can't acknowledge or even send a reply that they received the incident report.  Dedma din.

all mlms are scam in one way or another. pyramiding basic. ung iba magaling lang magtago.

products are usually cheap rip offs just for front of its true form- recruitment.

the granddaddy of mlms in usa had been fined on many occasions. sure the law is not yet updated to really pin these aholes. but these have no dignity or morals to begin with. they just want to milk as many as possible before it collapse.

Sa aming Team po, in general, wala po kaming problem sa Customer Support, admittedly may times na medyo di agad nakaka reply sila pero hindi naman madalas yan. May reason din naman kasi why di agad sila sumasagot kasi may prosesso po yan.

We also help our members follow up their report sa ating CSR.  We teach them how to properly file an incident report and always emphasize to be polite and courteous not only to our CSR but to any company kung saan sila may problem at mag file sila ng incident report sa CSR. Palagi naming sinasabi sa aming mga members, kung mag file kayo ng incident report, be polite kasi mga tao din yang nasa kabilang linya, napipikon din.
Anyway, in general, I can say na wala pong problem ang TEAM SUCCESS sa ating CSR, kasi lahat ng issues na nire-report naming at nare-resolve.
Sinasabi rin naming palagi sa aming mga members na mag training ng paulit ulit para di sila magkamali at mabawasan ang pag file ng incident reports sa CSR.

Mahalaga ang reputation and credibility ng Grand Upline at ng Team. I am not saying we are perfect or our team is perfect. Mahal lang naming ang aming pangarap kaya we do help our members to the best of our knowledge and abilities.

To generalize naman na scam lahat ang MLM ay mali naman po yan. Kasi, matagal na ang MLM industry at sa katunayan, may kurso na or subject na itinuturo sa ating ilang universites about MLM business.

Naku po..... delikado po pala.... embis na gagatos para may pagkakitaan eh, sakit ng ulo pa paa ang aabutin... balik abroad na lang ako...

may nag-alok din sa akin niyan, long time ago pa pero ngayong 2018 kinumusta ko yung nag-alok sa akin matagal na din palang nasa S. Korea... abroad din!!! tsk tsk tsk...

Una Yung mga yung FB page ng Eagle hindi ka maka ask questions

Pangalawa, Pag tintatanong mo bakit wala ng ganitong service e nasa Posters and Flyers.... sasabihin na lang na meron yan dati ewan ko bakit inalis sabi ni upline, At meron talagang mga service na wala sa P14,998 na nasa Posters at Flyers,

Yung Offline Loading, kailangang me load ang phone mo? Anong nangyare dapat di ba makapag load tayo kahit na offline?

Yung insurance na 1 year? walang klarong procedure paano i-claim

Sa pagiging excited ko nasama na yung business partner ko dito kasi nga akala nya talaga one stop sop nga talaga,

So frustrating to experience at nahiya tuloy ako sa business partner ko

Lastly, pagnagka pairing ka plus direct referral magkakaroon ka ng 2500 ok so yung 300 na covert sa GC tapos 2200 natira sayo, Now pag naconvert mo sa ECASH babawasan ka ng P205.00 pinaghirapan mo kukuha na din si company ng parte nya,,, o di ba ang saya saya?

Ngayon Legalities, Ang ,ga bawas ba na yan me tax? kung hombase ba tayo hindi tayo hahabulin ng BIR? ano ang security natin jan?


Whew!!! Dapat honest kayo sa mga transactions nyo lay down all the pros and cons ni wala man lang mga brochure at mga Manual of Operations yung FAQ naman hindi rin detailed masyado

Isa pa yang payout dapat sa akin naka pangalan hayytttssssss

good morning, im Grace Diez Of Team Success, im one of the  team leader here in Metro Manila and grand leader in Bicol.. and my Grand upline po sina Sir Art Pagatpatan and Doc Lynnete Pagatpatan, di po kasi makasagot ung upline namin kasi naka ban po siya bka dahil sa pc or sa ip address kaya ako na lang inatasan nya na sumagot dito..

yung ng re sa fb page po, maybe for ads lang nila un and bka meron po sila groupchat kung saan lahat ng concerns nyo dun din masasagot..sa Team Success po kasi meron kami group chat for technical and for mlm purpose and kahit sino pwd sumagot sa concerns nyo and since isang team nga kami madami tlga tutulong..and meron din kami group page, na dun din nag popost ng mga update and announcement re sa system..

2nd.. ung sa posters or flyers, yes po meron tayong billers na nasa posters pero wala sa system..and na dati na nasa system pero nawala, minsan po kc kpg nag uupdate ung mga billers inaalis muna sa system ni unified, lalo na kpg may maintenance sila, sa billers partner din po natin minsan ang problema, kagaya na lng ung sa SSS payment.. na dati nasa system po, pero inalis muna xa dahil ung sss mismo nag rerequire ng PRN na kailangan muna ionline sa knilaeverytime mag babayad ka ng iyong contribution.., pero once na maayos na rin po binabalik din po yan agad sa system ni unified

3rd..offline loading..yes po totoo po ung na kapag ginamit mo ung offline loading kailangan tlaga may load ung mobile number mo, kaya advice po namin na mas magandang gamitin ung online loading natin , mas convenient and mas mabilis din po kc..

4th..insurance...pag claim po ba ito ng beneficiary?.. meron po instruction on how to claim..kailangan lang po isubmit lahat ng requirements na kailangan sa malayan or FPG mismo.. sa katunayan po meron na din nakapag claim nito, he is from Batangas, and nakapag claim xa ng 50,000, kc naputulan xa ng paa due to accident..

   insurance ng new member?.. kailangan lang po ito iclaim thru csr, meron tayo apps for csr ung Gumigo po natin, and pwd din po natin tawagan csr re sa insurance natin..

lastly...pairing..network income..meron po binabawas na 300 sa pairing, tama po yan..ung 300 na un napupunta po sa GC na pwd nyo ipalit din ng products and pwd nyo din ibenta..and ung binabawas na once naconvert ka ng network income, tax po un and services charge...hindi nmn po siguro masama kung babawasan tayo ng tax sa network income natin, hindi po un sa company napupunta..and requirement po yan ng BIR..

as homebased po si company na mismo ang nagbabayad ng tax natin kaya binabawas po yan sa network income...pwd po tayo kumuha ng certificate sa head office to prove na homebased dealer po tayo ni unified..


..tama po kayo na dapat honest sa lahat ng transactions..kami po dito sa Team Success, transparent po kami sa lahat ng transactions, and meron po kami mga videos and manual re sa system and technical..
and meron din po tayo training sa head office re sa company and sa technical natin..and lahat po ng training ay FREE... ang kailangan lang ay umattend po...ganun naman po tlaga sa business di ba..hindi lang po basta nag invest ka then after wala na.. since na nagnegosyo ka, kailangan po talaga aralin natin, wala namang negosyo na hindi pinag aaralan..


ung re sa pay out naman, homebased is designed also for personal use.. kaya ung pay out po nakapangalan dapat sa may ari mismo ng account..pero pwd naman po na nakapangalan sa iba, need lang mag franchise ng ecash pay center or yung hub franchise natin

i hope na nasagot po namin lahat ng concerns nyo, and kung may ibang concerns po kayo we are willing to help and answer all your question..

Totoo po yan,meron ganyan.. pero to be fair naman din po, marami po ring OFW na nag join sa amin na hindi na nagbalik sa pag work sa abroad dahil nag Unified Products and Services na lang sila.. In fact, meron akong downline na taga HK na malapit ng mag for good sa Pilipinas dahil na rin sa kumikita na sya sa Unified Products and Services po.
Like i said po, lahat naman po kasi ng business ay binibigyan ng time for training para malaman itong mabuti at binibigyan ng time and effort for business.
Wala naman pong business na pag sali mo ay wala ka ng gagawin at kikita ka na? Business po ang sinalihan nila at hindi stock market or investment scam.
Meron din naman pong mga ofw sa amin na nag join pero nagbalik pa rin sa abroad to work as ofw or immigrants but still nag bi-business pa rin sila using UPS online services po. Marami sa kanila ay nagti-ticketing and remittance abroad po.

Good morning po.

I am saddened to hear po na isa ka sa mga na-dis-appoiinted po sa UPS, dahil po sa kasi hindi na explain ng mabuti sa inyo ng kausap nyo po or indi pa marunong ang kausap nyo po.
Admittedy meron po talaga rin nadi-dis-appointed pero for sure po mas marami ang happy sa UPS.
Magiging sinungalinig naman po ako kung sasabihin kong hindi totoo ang sinabi nyo kasi kayo po yan, and meron din kaming na experience sa members namin sa Team Success na disapointed kasi yung members namin ay ayaw mag bigay ng time and effort na mag training para aralin ang buiness, inasa na lang lahat nya sa sponsor nya.

Our UPS Business SYSTEM po ay hindi perfect like any other BIG COMPANIES like Meralco, Jollibee, Globe, Smart etc.. BUT tulad din po nila, inaayos po rin namin ang system ASAP.

Tulad po ng sinabi ko sa past comments ko dito, ako po ay nasa company na even before ma-launch si UPS. Na launch po si UPS November 11, 2011 pero nasa company na ako even before pa dyan, August 2011 ay nasa company na po ako. Nakita ko po paano ito lumaki, nakita ko rin ang mga challenges and hardhips ng nag uumpisa ang company na ito..Dito ko rin nakilala ang pagiging TOTOO po ng Presdiente ng company. Kaya po nag stay ako or kami sa company at after 3 years ay saka pa lang ako nag avail or kumuha ng marami pang accounts at 4 na franchise. Kaya ko lang po ito binanggit ay to proove po sa inyo or sa lahat gaano kalaki ang belief ko sa company at sa Presidente ng company.
Hinihintay ko nga lang po na alukin na kmi na maging co-owners ng company, meaning mag invest na sa company as co-owner at pag mag-i-invest po kami dito.. Ganyan po kalaki ang BELIEF namin sa company at sa Presidente ng company.

Regarding naman po sa mga posters na dati ay naroon ang ka-partner namin now wala na? TOTOO rin po yan. Kasi po minsan or madalas ang problem ay nasa ka partner namin. Down sila may internal problem po sila na dapat munang ayusin kaya inaalis muna sila ng company sa system or minsan din sila ang nagsasabi sa company na alisinmuna namin sila sa system kasi nga may internal problem po sila na dapat munang ma-resolve nila. Pero rest assured po, pag naayo na nila ang problem nila ay bumabalik po sila sa system namin.
May iba pang reason din bakit sila nawala sa system. Kaya nga po dapat ipaliwanag yan ng mga UPS dealers and members po sa mga inaalok nilang mag avail ng SYSTEM namin.
Kami po sa Team SUCCESS, pinapaliwanag po namin yan sa mga nakakausap po namin.

Yun pong 205, kung hindi ako nagkakamali ay TAX po yan.. lahat namam po kasi ng income ay mandated ng ating BIR or Government na mag -deduct ang company as witholding tax po kaya hindi po yan napupunta sa company kungdi sa ating Gobyerno po. LEGAL company po tayo kaya sumusunod po tayo sa patakaran ng ating Government. Ang nakakalungkot lang ay hindi po ito napaliwanag sa inyo ng kausap nyo bago kayo nag join.

Again, lahat po kami sa UPS ay mandated by our company to tell the truth and the whole truth po. Sa team po namin, Team SUCCESS, yan ang palagi kong sinasabi..na sabihin nyo lahat ang totoo to the best of your knowledge and abilities kasi kayo or tayo ang babalikan nyan pag may intentionally na nilihim or intentionally hindi nyo sianbi ang totoo. SAD to say naman po, meron din namang mga members na talagang nakalimutan lang sabihin lahat. Hindi intentional na ilihim pero talaga lang nakalimutan sabihin po.

FREE po ang training sa office. Punta lang po kayo doon. Ang mga sponsors nyo din po ang dapat guumagabay po sa mga new members nila.
Kaya po sa Team SUCCESS palagi namin sila sinasabihan na mag attend ng training para meron silang ma-ituturo sa new members nila hindi yung baliwan lang ng baliwan..

Honest naman po kami, i can only say or speak po for Team SUCCESS, we are honest.
I also believed din po na mas marami pong members sa ibang team sa UPS na honest din..

Hi po Chullag!  kumusta po?  OFW din po ako for almost 16 yrs.  and sa hirap ng Buhay sa abroad mas pinili ko po si Unified.  WHY? 
Kasi lahat dito naka latag na lahat ng Kailangan natin, susundan mo na lang.  Kasi kung baga sa Highway, nadaanan na po ng may-ari ng Company ang bako-bakung daan.  Kaya ang tinuturo nya sa atin ay ang daan kung saan mas mapapabilis tayo,  may kilala na po kayong boss na ganyan po mag-isip para sa kapakanan ng Business Partners nya?  Bakit nya nga naman papahirapan ang mga Business Partners nya, kung sya rin naman makaka benipisyo nito tama po? 

GIVEN NA ANG TRAINING sa lahat ng Office ng Unified.

O.N.E or Orientation for New Entrepreneur:

Ito ang training kung saan matututo tayo kung paano i-presenta ang negosyo.  lahat ng presentation may system na sinusunod.  Kaya pare-pareho po ang presentation namin, dahil para po madali pong masundan.  ang nag iiba lang po dito ay ang mga kwento ng buhay namin, which is hindi mo na po kailangan i-edit kasi po buhay mo naman ang ikini-kwento mo.

T.W.O or Technical Webtool Orientation

Ito naman ang training kung saan po ituturo po sa inyo kung papano po ito gamitin para kumita, isa po ako sa Napagkatiwalaang mag presenta nito sa Davao Hub at marami na pong natulungan na ibang Team.  Dahil kahit online or offline, may mga training po akong pinu-provide sa mga downlines ko.  At minsan po, pinapa sabay ko na lang sila sa Training na ginagawa ko with my Business Partners para matuto rin sila.

May mga manuals din po akong ginawa for their guide on doing the transactions.  Nauunahan lang po kasi ang takot at kawalan ng tiwala sa company when it comes sa mga errors po, dahil nga hindi pa nasubukan ay takot na agad itong mag transact kasi baka magkamali. 

Kaya nga po kailangan natin itong pag aralan or gamitin as personal use para kung sakaling magkaroon man ng errors, mahahanapan nyo agad ito ng paraan nang hindi napi-pressure.  Hindi po talaga natin maiiwasang magkamali kaya mabuti po na subukan muna natin ito, bago po natin ito i-offer sa iba. Kung nagmamadali kang kumita at inoffer mo na ito agad sa iba, mapi-Pressure ka po talaga at tuluyan pong mawalan na tiwala sa Company kasi may process pa po itong dadaanan. Now dahil ibang tao ang may ari ng pina-process mong transaction at nabagalan sayo dahil hindi mo alam gagawin mo o hindi mo pa kabisado ang gagawin mo... anytime pwede kang bulyawan nyan kung hindi mo ito nagawa, dahil nga hindi mo kilala. 

So dapat ikaw po talaga ang makasubok ng services na inu-offer natin gaya ng nakasulat po sa ating Disclaimer at Terms and Conditions po.   

Paano ka nga naman kikita kung hindi mo ito susubukang gamitin tama po ba?  kami sa Team Success malayo man kami sa aming mga Uplines, kami kami na po mismo ang nag aaral kung papano po kumita sa Unified.  Kasi kami naman po ang may hawak ng system namin, so dapat lang po na pag aralan namin ito bago namin ito i offer sa iba as Business.  Now kapag ikaw mismo nakasubok ng System natin, hindi ka na po kabadong mag transact.  Tamang kaalaman lang talaga ang kailangan mga Partners. 

mas pinadali pa nga ngayon ang Customers Services Representative Communication, kasi anytime nasasagot agad ang concern mo.  Ang mahirap lang dyan kasi baka sa gomigu pa lang, hindi mo rin alam kung paano mag communicate  :hihi:  Minsan sa sarili nating katamaran ay dyan po tayo nadadali ng pagkakamali sa mga Transactions natin.  Kesyo alam ko na yan, hindi na ako mag aattend ng training!  e paano po kung may nagbago na naman sa system?  tapos seating pretty ka lang dyan bahay mo,  imbis na pinag aaralan mo ang Negosyo mo, mas minabuti mo pang manood ng TV kaysa pag aralan ang system na baka nga ay pinaghirapan mong ipunan para  ma-avail ito. 

Nag wa-one on one training din po ako sa mga Bahay po ng Business Partners ko, online or offline.  Nag se-set lang po kami ng Schedule po, kahit 2 hours a day.  Most of my Business Partners ay mga OFW din katulad ko, wala naman kaming naging problema kasi alam na nila ang gagawin. 

Kapag po Under maintenance, hindi po talaga sila nag ta-transact.
aware din po sila sa mga announcements ng Company, kung anong services ang under maintenance or hindi. 
Now kung under maintenance po ito, naglalagay po sila ng NOTICE sa mga post nila or pwesto na offline ang Services na ito. 
Parang ATM lang din dba po?  Ang ATM nag mi-maintenance din yan, kaya sa Unified may maintenance din po.

And more on homebased po inavail natin, dapat po talaga mag mark up tayo para kumita tama po ba? May mga system din po tayong may mga outright income na, kaya it's your choice po talaga kung ano ang mas fit sa Market nyo po.

1.  habang papunta ka ba sa ibang bansa, sigurado ka bang maganda ang kahinatnan mong Company?
2.  Kapag nasa abroad ka ba, sigurado ka bang yung pinapadala mong pera sa kanila ay maibabalik agad yan pagdating ng Martes?
