No to Unified Products & Services (UPS)

Nag member ako dito Dealer Package (14,999), Sayang lang ang investments nyo sa company na ito, Ang system lahat problema lang ang mararanasan mo.
Loading
-Dati na akong naloload ng gamit ang traditional na loading (Smart/Globe Retailing sim). Pag UPS ang ginamit mo, ilang oras bago matanggap ni customer ang load unlike sa dating traditional loading ilang sigundo lang meron na yung load. Sa regular loading na 30pesos pag ikukumpara mo mas malaki ang rebate ng traditional o yung dating paloload, meaning mas malaki pa ang kikitain mo sa dating pagloload at mas mabilis pa itong makakarating.
-Game cards loading, ilang oras bago dumating sa customer yung load.
Billings
-Halimbawa sa bill mo ng smart/globe, hindi mo dapat tanggapin ang billings na lagpas sa due date, dapat 3 days before due date kasi 3 working date bago magreflect ung payment (Imagine 3days?!)
-Kung sakaling 950 ang bill mo sa internet dpat ang bayaran mo lang is 950 hindi ka pwedeng sumobra kasi babalik ung 950 sa account mo at hindi maipprocess ang payment malalaman mo lang un after 3days kasi nga 3 working days ang process.
-kapag sa bank/payment outlet ka nag bayad yung 1000 na binayad mo pero 950 lang ang bill mo, pag chineck mo sa account mo ng globe/smart magkakaroon ka ng advance payment na 50 pesos., pero sa UPS exact amount lang ang pwede.
-Kung ikukumpara mo sa pag nagbayad ka sa bank magrereflect agad ung payment sa account  mo ng globe/smart, sabi nga nila mahaba ang pila sa banko pero pwede ka parin magbayad sa Cebuana Lhuillier, LBC, Bayad Center Etc.
- System charge na 10per transaction pano ka kikita? Papatungan mo yung 10pesos na system charge para lang kumita ka.
Ticketing
-Pag magbook ka ng ticket gamit ang UPS at mismong website ng airlines madidismaya ka sa laki ng diperensya wala kapang markup duon.

REMITTANCE (ITO ANG MALUPIT)
Remittance ang habol ko sa UPS noon kasi Remittance ang malakas sa area namin.
SENDING Transaction
-Sa Cebuana Lhuillier pag magpapadala ka ng 5000 ang service charge 220, ilang pindot lang magegenerate na ung tracking number tapos print.
-Sa Unified product and Services pag magpapadala ka ng via Cebuana Lhuillier category sa 5,000 may system charge na 220 na mababawas sa account, so pano ka ulit kikita? Papatungan mo yung 220, ang paggenerate ng tracking number is ganun din katagal gaya ng loading sa system.
-Meron akong ginagamit na individual account sa Cebuana Online, kapag nagsesend ako ng 5,000 ang mababawas lang na system charge is 140 so meron akong menos na 80 pesos yun na yung kita ko,.
Bakit hindi mabawasan ng UPS ang service charge para naman kumita ang mga members nito dba?

PAYOUT/RECEIVING/CLAIMING transactions
-Sabi nila sa advertisement nila, pwede kang magkaroon ng sarili mong sending at payment center.
-Kasinungalingan, Pwede mo lang magamit ang payout kung SAYO PINANGALAN NG SENDER YUNG PADALA, nakakatawa at nakakinis isipin.
Note.
Hindi mo malalaman ang lahat ng problemang ito kung hindi ka magmemeber,. Kikita ka sa MLM o pagre recruit pero ako yung taong may kunsensya, Bakit ko ibebenta ng Bulok na produkto at system. Hindi ko maisip na ang kinakain ng pamilya ko ay galing sa panloloko ng tao, Alam ng mga member ang bulok na sistema pero bakit pa nila ito pinapatuloy na ibenta, tama naman na yung mga taong nabiktma.,
Pagirereport mo sa upline mo, wala silang magawa, pati sa SCR walang replay kasi hindi nila alam ang solusyon, sasabhin nila upgrade, pero nabasa ko last 2013 upgrading parin 2016 na.
Lahat ng nasa advertisements nila taliwas sa katotohanan.

I'm sorry if I sound biased against Filipino-formulated MLMs. Mahilig kasi sa gaya-gaya ang mga Pinoy. Nang makita ng ilang Pinoy na OK pala ang concept ng MLM lalo na sa side ng owner na hindi ka na gagastos ng super laki sa advertisement sa TV para ma-promote ang business, gaya-gaya, kanya kanyang tayo ng MLM company.

Ang problema, hindi nila naiintindihan na ang pagtatayo ng MLM ay isang responsibility. It is not an ordinary type of business dahil sa MLM, the more na mag grow ang kumpanya, the more people you are accountable for!

Kaya dapat, kung magtatayo ka ng MLM company, siguraduhin nyo na plantsado talaga ang business system, mula sa sourcing ng products or services, to delivery. Alalahanin nyo, bukod sa product customers, may mga dreamers ng mga distributors na naka-depende sainyo ang mga pangarap nila sa buhay!

If I were you guys, avoid Filipino-generated MLMs, maliban na nga lang kung ang Pinoy MLM company na sasalihan ay subok na ng panahon. I prefer working with international companies na bago pa man nakaalis ng kanilang mga bansa at nakarating sa Pinas, subok na matatag na.

UNIFIED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES REVIEW


Unified Products and Services (UPS for short) provides convenience, extra income and endless opportunities or so they say… Primarily UPS systems can transact Universal loading, Remittance, Airlines ticketing and Bills payment. Is it a good investment?

SHORT REVIEW for Global Package (P14,998)

UNIVERSAL LOADING
Cons
- Can’t access without internet (not convenient)
- Minimal rebates
- Have to add P25 each time you fund your account

Pros
- Fast (If net is stable)
- Can earn but very minimal

REMITTANCE
Cons
- Can’t access without internet
- High rates, literally no income for the global package members (Read bert.tamayo's post)
- Have to add P25 each time you fund your account
Pros
- You can send to different remittance services

BILLS PAYMENT
Cons
- Can’t access without internet.
- P10 system charge per transaction limit 10 transaction per day.
- Have to add P25 each time you fund your account.
- Can’t earn unless you markup over 10 pesos.
- Can’t transact overdue bills and must be at least 3 days before the due date.
- Must be the exact amount to process. (no advance payment)
Pros
- Can pay different bills
- Can process anywhere anytime as long as with internet and balance on account

AIRLINES TICKETING
Cons
- Can’t access without internet
- Have to add P25 each time you fund your account.
- The system will show the ticket’s price basing on the airline’s selling price PLUS their system fee (I call it "hidden charges", costing 240ish, they will only show up as taxes and fees but won't show up to the itinerary (breakdown) of the airlines. For official receipt for the hidden charges you have to physically visit the main office to request for one). Basically, even without the 500 or 1000 markup, the ticket is already expensive because it has the 240ish system charge (hidden charge). Airlines ticket price + Hidden charges + Markup = overpriced ticket. Removing your mark up (ung kita mo) is still an expensive ticket.
- Luggage charge is more expensive than the company airlines charges.
Pros
- You will have a fancy ticketing system

UNIFIED MOBILE APPS

Cons
- Too much ads, shows how money oriented the company is.
Pros
- Accessible anywhere as long as there is internet.

Is the system (global package)…


Convenient? NO
. There are many ways to put money in your account but they're inconvenient and would cost money.

Affordable? NO. There are other cheaper systems that gives better rates especially Universal Loading.
Limitless opportunity? Maybe, as a networker.
Earn? Earn at home? The return of investment for P14,998 would take years. (unless you invite people)


NETWORKING SYSTEM

-1500 per pair (1200 cash, 300 as GC)

-1000 direct referral

-60 indierect referral

-Residual income from global package downlines (bills payment, remittance and airlines ticketing only), up to the 10th level. When it comes to an ecashpay center downline (remittance and ticketing only**)
**told by my upline. Not sure if they give residual.

-GCs can only be used for the overpriced products. (E.g. Primeshape coffee can be bought for P100* but 300 using GC)

-Converting networking points to cash will lead to another system charge (% deduction varies from amount being converted). The system deducted at least 400ish when I converted my 4000 networking points(cash).

CONCLUSION

Global Package is basically for networking and personal use. Very minimal earnings and definitely NOT convenient. Before joining please be aware of the system charges (hidden charges) per transaction and for each type of transactions. My personal experience was terrible. I invested a lot of money for multiple global packages. I was planning to get the ecashpay franchise (P65,000) but I was misled that the rates and transactions would be the same as global package by my own upline. I asked for the very details of each transactions but was misled. So, I ended up buying multiple accounts and used an account to transact tickets which lead to a more serious problem. Worst part is the team promised a refund in case of poor support/assist which never happened.
Basically, multiple accounts would be a benefit for the head of the team.
If you are interested to buy a system from UPS I suggest get the franchise package, it is a good investment, it maximizes the earnings of all the servcies that UPS offers. Also, choose the right team. I wouldn’t recommend team Eagles as the team leader wouldalways "seenzone" you after joining. Nabiktima na kami ni bert.tamayo according to his post last april 2016.

No to Global package, No to Team Eagles, Yes to franchise ecashpay center

Unified Products and Services Review

We have proof sa mga promises and chats and times na seenzoned ng team. Also sa mga misleading information na nakasira ng isang business that has been operating for 9 years. Dahil sa lack of assistance/support ng team. We tried to settle it privately pero away nila itupad ang promise to buyback the multiple accounts and naging non-cooperative.

Bills payment and money remittance can be done thru SMART Money.  Napakaliit ng kaltas ng smart money for padala at encashment.
walang charges for bills payment.  Walang bayad kumuha ng smart money number.

Honestly as a member ok naman ung UPS only if you get the franchise for P65,000 (will eventually increase to P120,000) or the HUB for P600,000.

Ang masakit lng sa puso ay ung inuto ka ng leader ng Team Eagles para kunin ay multiple acounts ng tinatawag nilang Global package (14,998) sasabihin "same lang naman daw sila ng franchise except sa Bills payament". I regret buying those accounts instead of the franchise which was my first plan. Yun pala, naghahabol sya sa networking and pwesto nya as one of the top earners. Mehh...

They forced my tita to upgrade her unified products and services account(team eagles). wala ng support and di na macontact ung upline daw. marmi charges ang system, lalo na global package

Okay naman po kami. We are happy with the system. Aralin lang talagang mabuti.
its true, may mga challenges along the way pero its part of the business operations.
Madalas, pag may problem sa system, ang sinisisi agad ay ang company, pero ang hindi alam ng marami, ang problem ay kadalasan nasa ka-partner po natin. Either down ang system nila or may emergency maintenance po sila at hindi nagpasabi sa atin.
Minsan naman ang problem ay yung sarili nating internet connections, minsan makikita natin na malakas naman ang signal pero ang hindi natin nakikita ay yung traffic sa signals...

True po na may mga easy online payments na ngayon na accessible sa iba or sa iilan.. pero bakit po kaya dumadami ang mga Bills Payment Centers? Si Meralco may Bayad Center, Ang mga Pawnshops may bills payment cetners na rin, Si SM or Savemore may bills payment centers na rin at maraming marami pang iba .

Magkano po sa palagay nyo ang mag franchise ng isang domestic airline ticketing lang?

The concept po kasi ng Dealer Package is we are offering convenience to people around us. I can assure you, we have lots ad lots of members ang kumikita.. INARAL LANG ANG SYSTEM BAGO NAG NEGOSYO! Paulit ulit nag-a-attend ng trianing kung kinakailangan.. PLUS ang GRUPO po ay malaki ang role din sa isang member. Yung iba kasi, atat na atat mag negosyo at kumita agad. Hindi ko naman sila masisis.. kaso, most of them were not guided well by their sponsors.

Ang Unified Products and Services po naman is hindi lang Ticketing, or Bills Payments or Loading, or Remittance. May mga ibang services na rin pong nadagdag. Magkakaroon rin ng Provincial Bus Ticketing, pwede tayong mag offer ng 2Go at marami pa pong madadagdag... By the way, pwede rin tayong mag offer ng Travel and Tours packages.
Kagaya kanina, nag TEST RUN po na panibagong products & services na idadagdag sa system. Magkakaroon rin po tayo ng ONLINE STORE for ONLINE SHOPPING at marami pang ibang plano.. pero unti unti lang..

May mga TANGIBLE PRODUCTS na rin tayo. Makikita nyo po yan sa website ko sa ibaba.

About Personal Smart Money accont? Ang balita po namin ay tatanggalin na or ihihinto na ito ng smart very soon due to AMLC rules?

promise of endless opportunities? easy extra income?

if i know something that could give extra income with less effort, should not i keep it to myself?

remittance, bills payment, booking ticket, cp loading --> all this u can do with a cc, online banking and internet. i do it in my phone all the time. no sweat.

why pay huge money for a system?

No offense po. pero kung binabasa nyo po ung mga post. ung suggestion nyo to contact the grand upline ay useless.

wala nman po problema sa company, nasa group nga. di sakanya enexplain ng mabuti despite multiple people na ang kinontact nya sa team. csr was also unsatisfactory kulang din ung information. we have proof.

YES MAY TANGIBLE PRODUCTS NAMAN na BULOK/EXPIRED/DAMAGE ang narecieve namin. sabi pa ng teammate na nagpadala bilisan nlng daw ng pag INUM ng ARTIC-C FISH OIL. di cla nag action dun sa expired/damage products agad nag hintay pa na maireport sa upper office.

inaral namin yung system for one month before doing any transaction. Take note:paulit ulit kami nag tatanong ng dapat namin malaman. and based sa information na binigay nila which is marami palang mali we have proofkahit ung CSR wala rin di rin effective lapitan.

ang main purpose namin ay mag join ay mag invest ng ecash system. yung products na nirereffer mo ay bigay lang samin yun kasi ng join kami. di nman ata UNO, ROYALLE o AIM GLOBAL ang pinasukan namin dba.

cguro kung sainyo kami nagjoin mas informative naman ata po kau kesa sa TEAM EAGLES na once nakapasok kana parang basura ka nlng.

kaya nga naaawa kami sa ibang members na napabayaan ng mga sponsors nila or ng grupo nila.

Kami po sa Team SUCCESS, we do not go for hyping. We tell all the information to the best of our knowledge and abilities sa mga gusto mag join.
Katunayan nga po, pag may nag join sa amin, we discourage them to invite immidiately hanggat hindi nakakapag training. ang trianing period po namin is 2weeks and we encourage the new member to use the system for themselves muna.. kasi dyan kadalasan sumasablay, kasi nga baguhan sa system. Atleast 2 weeks lang po ang hinihingi namin sa new members mag training ng paulit ulit. And we correct our members sa mga postings nila kung may mali silang nasabi.. ofcourse, hindi naman lahat kaya nami i-police.. Yung ibang postings ng mga new members ay hindi namin nakita.
Sad to day, may mga new members din kami na walang time for training, kaya we help them nala lang sa abot ng aming makakaya pag humingi ng tulong sa amin.
May group chat din po ang team success. Group chat for National or General membership, group chat for leaders, group chat per regions.
At marami pa kaming means of communications and helping each others.

About naman po sa mga tangible products na malapit ng ma-expire? Once po nangyari sa amin yan, ng pag kuha namin ng products. nag che-check po kasi kami ng products bago namin ito tanggapin and pag nakita namin malapit ng mag expire, hindi namin tinatanggap at pinapalitan naman nila. Once lang po nangyari ito sa amin.

Ako po ay dating multiple account member and satellite owner ng Royale, ang laki po ng lugi ko.. kung nasa 1 million pesos, meron.. hindi po kasi ako tinuruan or inalalayan ng sponsor at ng team ko doon.. pero tapos na yun.. wala sa company ang problem kungdi nasa sponsor and team talaga.. kaya mahalaga ang TEAM or GRUPO.

I am sure, nangyayari din yan sa mga ibang MLM or networking companies, na may mga sponsors na hindi marunong or hilaw pa sa training or napabayaan ng sponsor or ng grupo nila..

May mga ibang members na nga po na kasali sa ibang grupo na gusto lumipat sa amin pero hindi pwede or hindi ganun kadali..
Marami rin kaming mga nasasabat na ibang members sa ibang team na nagpapatulong sa amin. Yung iba naman po ay tinutulungan namin to the best of our abilities.. wag lang mataray or mayabang yung nagpapatulong. Yung iba ay hindi namin tinutulungan kasi for some reasons na hindi ko na lang sasabihin dito bakit hindi namin tinulungan..

I respect your opinion/post po. And i am sure you are offended by this forum na nasisiraan ung company. I know how you feel kasi dahil sa isang transaction from unified, nasiraan at nawala sa pgging sponsor ung business namin that has been running since 2009.

Eto pa ah, according sa isa sa mga top earner sa team na nag message sakin "the president would deactivate your account kapag di tinanggal ung post" (referring to this forum). We always keep screenshots of the chats/messages with the team.

Sabi mo po na tumutulong ka sa mga ibang members at sa mga gustong mag join. Can you tell us here at least a few things para malinaw po.

1. Ung sinasabi sa mga websites/presentations na may 10 pesos system charge sa global package (14,998) ay mawawala pag inupgrade to ecash pay (65,000). How true is this?

2. And di n makakakuha ng 1 peso residual income ng mga nasa taas mo pag ecash ka na. Reason daw ay since nawala ung 10 pesos system charge (dahil upgraded to ecash na ung system) kaya wla na rin residual. Can you confirm this?

3. Sa ticketing. May rare times na mas mura daw ung tickets sa UPS. Rare times or never? Kse Airlines price + UPS system charge 240pesos + members mark up. Kahit ung piso fare umaabot ng 600-800 sa cebupac website but sa UPS may system charge 240 on top of the website price.

4. Since hinihiriam ng members ang franchise/name ng UPS (for airlines tickets) kada transaction may kita na ang UPS. if im not mistaken at least 80ish pesos sa cebu pac transactions. Right?

5. Mawawala raw ung 240 system charge sa ticket transactions kapag upgraded to ecash. How true is this?

I hope masagot nyo po itong mga tanong ko, lets be specific with numbers and/or percentage. Sana di tulad sa team namin na "depende po yan sa..." without specific info, too broad.

Yes, sabi ko po tumutulong ako sa ibang members ng ibang group, pero yung iba hindi rin namin tinutulungan for some reasons at isa po sa mga reason na yan, hindi naman po pwede na mag act kami like CSR, we give more time to our members who encounter problems or needs guidance, and another reasons, we do not want kunin ang responsibilities ng bawat sponsors.. and again may iba pang reasons kaya yung iba ay hindi namin tinutulungan na hindi ko na pwedeng sabihin dito.
Nililinaw ko lang po ha.. tumutulong din naman kami pero minsan hindi for our own personal reasons.

Regarding your questions po, here are our answers:

Answer:
There is a still a system fee of P7 for franchisees (e-cash pay center & hub) but you earn 4 pesos out of the 7.
Yan pong 7 pesos na yan ay hindi pa gaano katagal pinatupad. ang alam kong reason kaya may 7 pesos is nagpalit po ang company ng ka tie-up sa bills payments. Kung dati ay megalink, now hindi na po.. kaya may mga billers noon na kasali, now hindi na. On the other hand, may mga billers noon na hindi kasali, now kasali na.
By the way, saang website nyo nakita yan po?

2. And hindi na makakakuha ng 1 peso residual income ang mga nasa taas mo pag ecash ka na. Reason daw ay since nawala ung 10 pesos system charge (dahil upgraded to ecash na ung system) kaya wala na rin residual. Can you confirm this?
Answer:
Yes, there is no residual income for bills payment coming from transactions done by ecash pay centers under your organization
The residual income for bills payment has been reduce to 50 centavos (from 1 peso)  for transactions done by  dealers under your organization.
Kaya po lumiit ang residual income coming from ecash pay centers ay para maging competitive ang ecash pay centers.

3. Sa ticketing. May rare times na mas mura daw ung tickets sa UPS. Rare times or never? Kse Airlines price + UPS system charge 240pesos + members mark up. Kahit ung piso fare umaabot ng 600-800 sa cebupac website but sa UPS may system charge 240 on top of the website price.
Answer:
Hindi po naman palagi mura or mahal ang ticket natin lalo pag dating sa international tickets. Maraming factors affecting airline tickets and this factors also applies kahit sa mga competitors natin.
Ang PISO fare din naman kahit sa mismong airlines ka pumunta ay hindi naman PISO talaga ang total na babayaran mo. Aabot din yan sa halagang based sa nabanggit nyo more or less po.
For the home based dealer package member, hindi ko masabing mahal palagi or rare na mura ang ticket na benta natin kasi marami akong kilalang members ko na panay ang ticketing lalo pag dating sa domestic tickets.

Answers:
Not sure about this since the company’s share in income was never discussed.
Ecash hub franchise (599K) ticket prices how ever is 150 pesos lower than that of the dealers and ecash pay center.

Answer:
No, there never was a promise of such thing. That’s a false claim

Please remember po, hindi lahat ng Pinoy ay nakakapag online for some reasons, at kung nakakapag online naman hindi naman sila makapag transact sa online kasi walang credit card or takot mag bayad or walang tiwala sa online payments.
Home Based Dealer members offers convenience kaya kahit minsan mahal, people still buy our services. Like i said po, i know there are members of mine na ka team ko, na hataw sa pag benta ng airline tickets, yung iba sa bills payments, yung iba sa insurance at yung iba sa remittance.. depende sa situation at location po nila.
