for long term investment/passive income.. high rent /level of investment..less headache at in demand?
or mas ok ba sa stocks nlang pra wla headache dealing with tenants.. almost same lang ba
ang kikitain?

If money isnt a problem, I think commercial properties are better, especially if prime ang location. If residential, high end houses & condos are better, u can rent it out to expats who can afford big rent and pay 1 year advance.

Its pretty hard to have a meaningful and specific answer your question...since the data you provide is too broad.
In general...renting commercial, residential, townhouse etc..can be profitable..however..it depends on a lot of things..like location...the value of your investment...finding a good tenant..plus of course all the risks which accompany them.

Are they better compared to stocks...again it depends. Depend on the stocks you pick..and it depends on your expected rate of return. In almost all investment ventures...higher returns comes with high risks. So you must be careful in comparing Return on Investments..since the risks involve may be different.

It's residential, but start with something like 4-door apartment...then expand...consider locations near high-traffic areas.
