pinagsisisi lang nila ako at nagbenta ako ng ibang shares ko ng CLOUD... di bale.. by monday pag makakaabot ng 5 and below, suicide bomber style na to. XD sunugan na to ng kaha de yero't passbook.

I advise you strongly to keep your calm and keep your wallet away from this stock.  The value has already been reaped.  There are other opportunities, the CLOUD is hazy and you might be blindsighted by the developments.

I am a bit dismayed that there was never any mention about their error anywhere else, and therefore no fines or even some form of consequence. am I just a newbie to be so naive that I don't know these kinds of sloppy disclosures are expected to happen and had always been happening but life moves on normally? if I am, then it's very discouraging.

kaya nga hirap umangat ang PSE among global exchange players eh.  wala na ngang ethics, mahina pa sa enforcement ng rules.

di ko talaga maintindihan that the majority owner of CLOUD will sell their ownership at a lower price lower than the listed price at 1.00. Selling it @ .9524? samantala the shares are trading at 3.34 as of june 20,2012...

mga bro, hindi pa ko familiar sa mga tender offers.  may nareceive ako sa citiseconline na tender offer for P5 per share on CLOUD shares. ibig sabihin ba may bibili nung shares ko for P5 or hindi pa yun sigurado? may nabasa kasi akong article na ang shares daw ng CLOUD magiging P0.9 per share. patulong naman. thanks!

take the tender offer of 5.00. Thats the best way for you to get out. Tama po na magiging .9524 centavos per share nalang dahil nga the majority owner is selling the company at that price.
