Sa lahat ng yan pwede ka yumaman kasi lahat ng mga mayayaman meron nyang mga asset na yan

Real Estate - Acquire more property then develop...

Business - I wan retail kasi you can mark up kahit magkano gusto mo kailangan lang ng leverage or mass production... :watchuthink:

Stocks - Buy when everyone is selling, Sell when everyone is buying tsaka Buy and Hold the company with advise of TSO that has future growth... :D

When you have large capital na kasi nasa sayo na kung san mo ididiversify ang money mo... You can have that 3 for multiple stream of income or you can focus in 1...Buffet and Trump almost have everything passion talaga nila yung expertise nila sumusunod na lang ang wealth...

First M would be savings from work/employment income, next multiple M's would be through combined business & employment income.

^800k is not equal to 1M, neither is 200k. so from where did you make your first 1M? from stocks + the source of 800K.

agree. i just wanted to clear the definition of the discussion.
so im assuming the ts is asking which of the 3 options will make you a million the fastest?
i guess all options can make a mil depende na lng sa focus at interest ng tao. pati na rin sa timeline ng goals ng individual.
for me i guess real estate then maybe business and last is stocks.

Definition of being a millionaire now seems to be very differrent 20years ago.  At this time Php2-5M is not enough to be called/named Millionaire. When I was a kid if you have 2-5M you would be a certified richman Milyonaryo daw.  Nowadays am not sure when exactly...How many net Asset Million Pesos before you could tell to your self that your a Millionaire and you made it.  My best estimate is about Php25-30M  then you could tell to yourself na your a Millionaire..below that you're still  within the working Middle class.  What do you think guys? what's your opinion?

So as not to be not so much out of Topic..I think amongst those options all of them could do that..but in each case they have unique challenges. Stocks/MF's could be the most riskier one and you have to have lots of stock knowledges to earn your Millions.

I think we better define the word 'millionaire' first. i learned that to be called a millionaire, yo must have at least 1 million in net worth- i.e. your assets minus your LIABILITIES. Correct me if im wrong here.

This is NET Worth definition..

Pero this is a little bit tricky.. Let us say you have a non performing asset like a property worth 1.2M (asset) less expenses/liabilities/taxes of 0.2M/year..

You are 1M (1.2M-0.2M) in paper but once na mawalan ka ng work or source of income, this 1M starts to diminished as years goes on.
Wanna prove it? Try not paying taxes on your property.

I guess Net Cash Flow is a better barometer when it comes to "1M" benchmark.

My preference, I will go first sa business then stocks/MF then real estate..

Business (+ Salary, as of the moment) for Cashflow --> to fund regularly your stocks/real estate
Stocks/MF for Capital Growth --> parking muna for my small investments while accumulating them
Real Estate for Income --> big deals investment, capital intense + experience + a team to make it profitable

Technically, even 1M only can qualify you to be a millionaire...but not as rich as a millionaire 20 years ago. And a 1-millionaire status now is nothing, it can't even buy you a decent house in a city.

Yep in technical tems due to its numerical figures. But essence wise of the true meaning of Millionaire definitely not.

Be in the real estate, and be successful in it. Great risk to take, but it could really make millionaires if one is successful.

Or learn the ropes of the business that potentially gives huge returns and be successful in it. Not all businesses could make a businessman millionaires.

Stocks? I don't think so. It would also take a very huge investment and lots of luck to earn a million from this one.
