ang alam ko basta wala k  nang existing loan puede ka n ulit mag loan.. kc pag na assume na ng bro mo yan e d ala ka na loan..

Called pag-ibig hotline today, and yes you are correct, once na ma-assume na ng brother ko yung loan, pwede na ako mag-loan ulit. Need ko ang wait matransfer sa akin yung title. Thanks for answering =)

Laman ng SPA template ni Pag-Ibig, in case this is helpful:

a. To represent me in any transaction with HDMF (info of property including TCT #), including but not limited
to the restructuring and/or lengthening of the term of the subject lot/housing loan

b. To sign, execute, and receive any documents pertaining to the said acct, as well as other docs that may be required by the said institution in connection with the said loan

c. To pay the monthly amortization of the said loan

d. To get, receive, and accept the title upon full payment and to sign documents to cause the release of mortgage, with the HDMF

e. To get refund, if any, due to excess payment

f. To encash, endorse, or negotiate the check/checks that may be issued by the HDMF in connection with the said loan

g. To perform such other act or acts as necessary or proper in order to carry into effect the foregoing authority

Hi, yung SPA ba from pag ibig e downloadable sa website nila?or kung pwede e copy ko nalang yang sayo then tsaka ko eprint and notarized?

kamusta na pala yung process nang assume balance?okay naba yung sayo?na assume naba ni buyer?hows the process?mabilis lang ba?e nirequire kabang dalhin ang updated tax declaration,updated tax receipt?gumawa karin ba ng contract to sell.halos parehas kasi tayo ng situation.hope you can answer me.salamt

Hope you'll see this message. I've seen your posts here and have seen the template of the SPA that PAG-IBIG gave to you. We're in a very similar situation. I'm the one who has assumed the mortgage. It's just that I noticed that the SPA  form that PAG-IBIG gave to you is different from what they gave me. And I think the SPA form that you've got there, makes more sense than the one I have here. I just want to ask, is there a link that you know of where I can download that type of SPA? And when that SPA has been executed, I just want to know,  were you (as a BUYER) was the one who got appointed as the attorney in fact by the seller? Please reply and I'd appreciate it so much.

Hi all,

I would like to ask if anyone of you has an idea in this situation:

The seller is selling his property for Php1.3m plus assume balance in PAGIBIG of 5 yrs (approx Php 400k).
I am an interested in the property, I am willing to continue paying in PAGIBIG, but I dont have Php 1.3m cash. 

Can I pay the Php 1.3m using another housing loan in PAGIBIG and assume the existing balance at the same time ? (provided that the seller will agree with the situation and I am fully eligible to avail of a housing loan thru pagibig?
