I am wondering, where do we buy corporate bonds? Sa banks ba? and usually how much is the minimum amount?

Just watch the news and read the business sections...from time to time...companies float bonds...although mabilis yan ma oversubscribe.

And most of the time..1M minimum placement.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Parang ACPA Class A na 8.88% p/a ang rate which is being traded sa PSE until its maturity?

our company offers San Miguel Commercial Papers :)

The rates are;

30-89 days = 1.2% net pa
90 days to less than 1 yr = 1.4% net pa
1 yr & above = 1.6% net pa

minimum placement is 100k.

if you ask me, still a better place to park funds compared to banks  :harhar:

^^ medyo napag halo ko nga ata uitf bond. anyway ang ibig ko pong sabihin eh;

      - Availability of funds.

it's offered by our company ( Rampver Strategic Advisors ). Basically it's a large bond given by San Miguel Corporation that is broken down to smaller placements ( since bonds are usually in millions or billions  :yoohoo:) that we offer to our clients :)

all rates are net of taxes  :applause:

I have clients that place their funds here for short term placements ( 1 mo, 3 mo etc.. ) since it's guaranteed. Actually I do this with my Emergency Fund ( small amount lang  :hihi: ) since kesa natutulog lang sya sa bank.

For liquidation, once maturity date is up, you then will receive a check total to your capital plus the interest. Days before the maturity date we will be asking you if you would want to re-roll your capital for another 30 days or 60 days etc.

If you're interested you may reach me at miko.dellosa@rampver.com  :D

Please note na may time limit lang to. Mga October or November lang ata.
