it's a system designed for few people to succeed and many to fail. that's the reality. it's a legal scam. hopefully potential victims can read this so they would think twice before joining these networking companies.

You said many good points Reytave19. Yung last sentence mo is very true not only in MLM industry but in any other Corporate and Government setup  :hihi: Dyan ako galing sa Corporate buti nalang I'm out of the rat race now. sabi ng insik "open ka business then yung kita mo sa business invest para kita nanaman"  :watchuthink:

Real networkers don't give up...Find a mentor, learn new things and develop yourself to become a leader. Kaya mo yan!

on the 1st place, dapat pinagaralan mo muna kung anong papasukin mo. networking is like a society with a corrupt government. yung mga tao sa taas or yung mga upline, sila yung mayaman. on the other hand, yung mga tao sa baba are scrambling to recruit other people so they can recover their money and hopefully become one of them. These uplines seem to show genuine concern for their downlines by helping them lure unsuspecting victims into the company but in fact the only reason they are helping out is because a new recruit means more money. They will show them well prepared powerpoint presentations filled with numbers and pictures of cars, house and lots, etc. Some of these downlines are able to get ahead of the pack and elevate their status. However, most of them will be left weeping for the mistake they've made. It's going to be a lesson they will always remember. just think about this. pano ba kumikita yung mga upline sa network marketing? by recruiting people who will then recruit more. for this to work, the bottom-most members should all be retailers. however, who would want to be in that position? your uplines are earning while you're doing all the work. of course there are some people that are contented with being retailers but they are rare. maybe 1 in every 1000 members. kalokohan lang yang product movement na iniinsist ng mga network marketing companies. the business is really about recruitment. the product is just a dummy. before you join a networking company you are required to do an initial purchase. but why? pwede naman order basis gaya ng avon di ba?
pero bakit nila ginawang ganito? kasi it's more enticing. isipin mo nga naman, you could earn millions when you're on top. you can basically just sit around while your downlines work their asses to recruit people. it's a system designed for few people to succeed and many to fail. that's the reality. it's a legal scam. hopefully potential victims can read this so they would think twice before joining these networking companies.

In any system naman, mapa-MLM, corporate ladder, government (like you said), lahat yan destined to fail if corrupt ang leaders. Example, mag-member ka, tapos benta mo products.

And naniniwala po ako na, "it is not about the vehicle, it's always about the driver".

Don't be sad, hindi lang ikaw nakaka experience niyan. I think marami din ang nalulungkot or nakaka experience ng sadness lalo na kapag wala refer sa business.  Nakaka frustrate minsan ang network marketing. Pero do not lose hope.  Always smile.  There is a new day naman parati.

remember a deck of cards, yung A o ALAS mo is yung taong sasali at magiging leader mo. keep on presenting your company, your products... consistency lang sa kaka flip ng cards mo til makuha mo yung Alas mo.

Just My Two Petot

1. Kung di ka makarecruit, better find consumer ng product mo in that way, may magshoulder ng maintenance mo. at kung magkaron ka ng satisfied customers, without you knowing it, iendorse ka nila. Which means, more positive cashflow para sa iyo.

2. I have an ebook called "The Only Secret to Recruiting", iPM mo na lang email mo. This can be another opener para sayo.

3. Wag Mainip, Wag Maingit.

 :cool2: good advice. :)

First and foremost, what are you trying to market? Is it the earning opportunity or the product?

Many people nowadays have a negative image of the MLM industry. This is due to many people who have tried venturing here were not successful and were not able to break even and suffered a loss of income. As what most of the members posted here, getting a good mentor will help you get back in your own two feet. The marketing strategy that you used is just based on recruiting people instead of selling and marketing the products that the company has to offer. If you can't exchange a certain value for your prospects, most likely, they will consider your opportunity as a scam.

Kaya negative ang mga tao kasi most of the time, nakaexperience na din sila ng bad scenario sa Network Marketing.

Another thing is that maybe Network Marketing is not for you. If you can't handle rejections, late night trainings, being branded sa scammers (this is due to a lot of MLM companies closing down or saturating early), selling products and talking to a lot of people, then this is not for you.

The best tip I can give you is be equipped with all the knowledge that you need in Network Marketing. Inviting people aimlessly with the purpose of getting them to register is not supposed to be your purpose here. You need to know everything about the company, its products, and how you will market the product through your prospects. Do not use the earning platform of the company as your means of getting prospects. If this is what you did, most of the time, your prospects will just leave you.

Medyo na shock ako sa mga naunang reply na sinuggest na lumipat siya ng company/get a real job or yung nag post ng lecture na "before going into anything check it first"... di naman engot yung nag post siguro nung sumali siya diba?

Anyway, medyo matagal na yung thread - but if anyone here can relate to the guy - here are my tips from one network marketer to another...

1. If Your UPLINE is not teaching you...
Go UP further. Tanong mo kung sino ang upline ng upline mo until you find a person who has the RESULTS you want. Most MLM structures naman allow for compensation on many levels kaya yung upline ng upline ng upline will still have an incentive to help you.

2. DO NOT SWITCH COMPANIES
(Assuming your company is legal naman, and has good products). Kahit lumipat ka pa ng company, there is a very high chance that you will still fail kasi wala ka parin namang skills on how to prospect/invite/present/close. Wag ka maging yung tinatawag na "MLM-Junkie". Instead...

3. Focus on improving yourself.
May mga skills na napaka importante na ma develop mo bilang isang network marketer (regardless of company). Kahit Right company ka, with the right time, with the right products - kung hindi ka naman willing to learn how to become the RIGHT businessman, then wala ka paring mapapala.

Here is a quick list of the things you should learn:

a. How to Invite - Ang purpose ng invitation is to SORT your prospects.

b. How to Present - This is an OPTIONAL skill pa dahil usually upline mo ang gagawa dapat nito. Or may scheduled BOM na kayo sa company. Pero the sooner you learn how to present, the sooner

c. How to Close/Handle Objections - All of your interested prospects will HAVE questions. Dapat alam mo what to say when they ask a type of question.

Pero the big idea is to develop skills. Focus on learning lang lagi at dadating din ang profits kapag nag improve ka na :) (For more info, okay na reference yung video sa www.MLMforPinoys.com - check mo nalang kung tingin mo makakatulong yun sayo).
