My parents were weekend warriors that way. Tatayo lang naman ang tatay ko sa pilapil na nakapamewang (tipong lord of all the things he can see).

Ang talaga lang kelangan- decent people who are managed well. Marami ding nakaw.

iba farmville way ko, may autoharvester hehehe. pero nagsimula ako sa papindot pindot and later on thought baka may paraan na magmanage na lang kesa actual na magtanim.

Ayun... Auto-harvester ang sagot!  :D

I expand my business and include fishville and a restaurant!  :hihi:

Looking forward to expand to another business venture in real life as well  :hello:

Ok lets get to business... Sa amin kasi lapad talaga ng palayan, and most of the time farmers have a hard time looking for farming capitalization and emergency funds for health and education purposes of their kids... What I do is I loan money for these farmers and in return i get to farm their fields for a certain period of time which depends on the money lent and contract, and thats where i derive some of my income.

Anybody here who does this kind of business too? Lets share ideas so we can learn from each other...

^ Nice Ideas.

However, I thinkered about Rice farming a few months back...and I somehow came to the conclusion that there is little to gain to go into farming. I hope that this thread can change my mind.

Just for example. Lets buy a 1 Hectare Ricefield...and lets see how you can earn money on it. I invite you people who have experience to show us the numbers.  :D

I want to share something. I know of a retired European couple(fil. wife) who are financing a 5 hectare land in Isabela. He comes here during planting and harvesting season, 3x a year for the first 1 and 1/2 years of the operations. Tapos 12, then 15, then 17%. He wants to streamline ang take as much as 30% per harvest.

-----------------o0o

In real life, wala po kaming farm. But we do financing and buy&sell during harvest season.. Wala kasi kaming malawak na lupain, pero meron kaming malaking bodega at drier lng just enough to accumulate hundreds sacks of palay.

It stimulates your brain and who knows you got that eureka moment while playing.

Never underestimate any medium for inspiration, ndi lang pera meron dyan

Kung kitaan Lang din sa farmeville, 80% of my customers play facebook games specifically farmville.

So yun may pera sa game na yan
