i hope anyone can give me idea or tips how to claim educational plan of my daughters. kasi po ang pinang bayad ko sa plan ng mga anak ko e buong savings ng mga bata. we withdraw it fr. their savings dhl akala namin magkakaroon ng assurance ang college education nila.

dalhin nyo po yong mga birth certificate ng mga bata at SFA at PFA , submit nyo po sa window 10 ng Makati CAP office

Hi po! Good day! Anyone here who has claimed checks with CAP? Meron po kasing naka-post sa website nila na list of those persons who have unclaimed checks with them. Just wondering about the process. Thanks po! =)

good morning po..ask ko lng kung ano npo progress nung sa pension yun din kc yung prob ko..maturity date nya last nov 2008.kso hanggang ngayon wla pdin, sa Cap Lipa ako ng pass nga requirements.kso pg tinatawagan ko yung office nla ndi ko na macontact..help nmn po pls...

Hi there!

Pasensya na po kayo kung ngayon ko lang na buksan ulit account ko dito, I was sick for a while and was undergoing medication during times na hindi ko kayo masagot kaagad.

CAP Lipa number, I'll try and contact them tapos pag wala; tawag na lang ako sa main office.

Sorry, it took me awhile to answer again, I was sick kasi and was undergoing medication so hindi ako masyadong maka connect sa internet. Anyway, wala ba dun sa pinost ko yung sfa or pfa number? kung wala i dodouble check ko. pasensya na ulit.

my wife pension plans (2 plans) had matured in 2005... she was paid 10% only of the total maturity value in 2008; the remaining 90% balance has been pending ever since... we wrote already SEC and CAP ... SEC endorsed our letter to CAP but CAP remained silent ... when I personally visited CAP's office in Makati, the Treasurer mentioned that funds of CAP are in real estate... kaya lang mga overvalued real estate properties ... tingin ko malabo na maging pera ang mga yun... so sad that we are not getting any support ...

mabuti nga may kumausap sayo!...ilang  pa balik balik ako doon walang gustong kuma usap sa akin para sana maka pag post ako ng update dito!...nag sawa ako sa ka da dial sa mga numbers nila walang gustong sumagot!...si madam maria_ann nanahimik narin!

Just go to the accounting office, if I 'm not mistaken 1st floor po, pag po nafile nyo let me know. Pag nagka problema po kayo to anyone just let me know yung pangalan at yung problema.

@ marie_ann....yes , one of the PFA that you had posted last March 21 is mind!

Madam , you started a thread last March 30 2011 "CAP Philippines! NOW PAYING BACK!!!" ....me and my wife was so exited at that time , so we rush to Makati office only to be with a big disapointment at window 4 , reason why my emotions got lose!

Madam , can you please explain us here why you started a thread like this?  despite the fact that nobody among us here at PMT had ever claimed a singel centavo from CAP!

Hi Jetz,

Thank you for the message, With regards to the thread, it was made for people who are assuming that CAP is closed and are not paying. There are a number of things that I need to make clear
1. CAP is paying, it's not closed or bankrupt, You just have to file a claim in order to avail.

2. Do not expect to be paid immediately because there is a long list of claimants. As I've said before it on a first file, first claim basis. Which means that CAP will pay the people who filed first.

In all fairness, the people in PMT are not the only ones that are claiming, there are thousands of people who are claiming and was able to get. The reason why none of you were able to get is because you have to wait.

I am here in PMT because I want to be able to help reach out to people if they are in need of help filing and if they get bad service from the customer service representative of CAP or if they need to know what happened to the claim that they filed.

I cannot expedite your claims, but I can help you save money by asking about the status of your claims online without having to spend money or time to go to the CAP office.

Also I cannot be the one to file for your claim.

Dios ko po!...that lady in window 4 told us that those who filed claim since 2005 had never been paid until now, so ang sabi nya mag hintay lang kami!...AANHIN PA ANG DAMO KUNG PATAY NA ANG KABAYO!

Kabagal talaga ang proseso dito sa pinas. Parang kung pwedi nga lang ay hindi na kailangang mag-apply ng car insurance kasi wala rin lang silbi.

Nakakainit ng ulo :D Nakagraduate na ako ng college, 2 years working na pero di pa rin nababayaran ng CAP yung claims namin. Mayroon pa akong kapatid na paaaralin, siya na sana ang makinabang sa plan ko. But since the plan is gone, just settle your debt to us. We badly need the money now. My father is working in Malaysia, tinubuan na ng puting buhok at kumulubot na ang balat para mapaaral kami. Dun na inugat. Ngayon mahina na ang kita niya halos wala nang maipadala. Kaya kung may konsensya ang pamunuan ng CAP, let the public know. Magpost kayo ng advertisement sa dyaryo o kaya magpapress con, hindi yung dito lang sa mga ganitong forum kayo naglalakas loob magsabi na pwede nang magclaim :)

Sa totoo lang po, napakaganda nga po kung mag lalagay po ng add sa television at dyaryo, ngunit ayon po sa nakatataas, ipina alala po nila na ang pera na ilalaan namin sa add sa dyaryo at TV dapat ibayad na lang po sa plan holders na dapat ng bayaran. Maitanong ko lang po, nakapag file an po ba kayo ng claim? And kung nakapag file na po kayo, kailangan nyo po ba ng tulong sa pag  fofollow up. Thank you po.

these are still undergoing processing. once completed, a request shall be
sent to the trustee bank for funding of the claim. we will be able to give
the schedule of release only when the trustee bank has acted on the
