i grabbed the chance, kasi la rent fee dun sa company... parang ginawa nilang benefit ng employees, kasi i'm only allowed to add about 10-20% depende sa product... chine-check ng hr kung ok pa yun pricing, tapos we negotiate every year. malaki kita kasi nga la extra fees invovlved unlike other places na included sa rental fee ang electricity consumption, etc.

Title: Vending machines
Post by: lailani on Aug 29, 2007, 09:03 AM
yup, nandun pa rin yun machines ko... naging 2 na last year. pero i resigned na dun sa company and started working abroad nun aug 06, kaya yun sis ko na nag maintain... binigay ko na sa kanya kasi nabawi ko na yun puhunan and kumita na rin ako... (actually, i just wanted my sis to have a business para may fixed income sya maski wala ako :hihi: ) para di ko kelangan magworry about remittances :harhar:

9months lang ang roi nun first machine ko, tpos yun new e mga 1yr naman... pwede na, di ba?  :D

if may makita kyo na pwede credit, wag nyo sacrifice yun warrantee ha, at least 1 year dapat.

tsaka, try to compute for roi muna... if credit kasi, im sure may interest din yun... e baka mas maganda na pag ipunan na lang muna yun capital, di ba?

tell u what, try to focus muna on other factors... wag muna capital isipin mo... how about yun lugar? yun products na ilagay mo sa machine? i-compute mo muna roi, tapos pag ok syo yun risk... saka mo input yun paghanap ng capital... pag decided ka na talga... marami pwede utangan nun  :hihi:

ganun din ang gina gawa ko sa ngayon.. pero i heared mas ok ang gawin na wag mag franchice mas malaki ang ma sa save mo ang kailangan lng gawin ay makuha mo ang systema at procedure ng product but modify it na mas attractive sa customer.. btw.. hindi po masama ang manggaya ng business may nabasa na po akong forum sa misunderstanding between pangongopya ng business dahil para sa akin.. go with a trend kasi mas mabibigyan ng magandang benifits ang mga consumer.. peace. :watchuthink:

im now in singapore.

actually, my work stops me from doing business full-time... e pag di franchise, gaya nun ginawa ko with vending machines nun umpisa, kelangan talaga tutukan... pati balance sheests e ni-review ko para lang mabantayan... as in kaya naman. kaya lang i love my work, parang source lang ng extra money yun business kaya gusto ko.

Hi Lani!

Gaano katagal ang ROI sa vending machines?
Title: Re: Vending machines
Post by: lailani on Aug 29, 2007, 02:02 PM

dwin, depende po sa location and other inherent expenses... kasi yun sa kin medyo madali, may contract ako sa company, 2yrs. tapos indicated dun na i don't have to pay rental fees or even electricity, as long as i keep the prices lower than the usual vending machines outside... so, up to 20% lang na tubo ang maintain ko per product line.

i was able to get 9months roi on my first machine, yun 2nd e medyo inabot ng 1yr... dapat kasi masipag ka rin magload...
when i was maintaining, 2 to 3x a day ako magload... nun sis ko na e medyo once a day na lang sya napunta dun... e syempre, if ubos na products mo, la ka na kita.

nga pla, roi as a whole yun compute ko dun... machine plus products plus yun coins na niligay ko dun panukli...
Title: Re: Vending machines
Post by: jinryll71 on Aug 29, 2007, 02:18 PM
oo nga dapat mabilis yung palitan mo ng products. tingnan mo 9 mos lang roi na. yung next months mo ay profit na agad. kung malakas naman eh di mag-renew ka lang ng mag-renew ng contract sa company. ayos din pala yung vendo. pano nga pala yung maintenance ng machine just in case magkaroon ng breakdown? how much naman kaya yung magastos?
Title: Re: Vending machines
Post by: starryme16 on Aug 29, 2007, 02:23 PM
Title: Re: Vending machines
Post by: lailani on Aug 29, 2007, 02:34 PM

nga pala, pwede siguro kayo mag ask sa philippine vending machines... if u want to rent or franchise or something, other than own.

yup, di masyado viable yun madali masira na walang return to maker na contract... by the way, yun dunkin doughnuts may ganun deal (if di maubos, pwede isoli pero may a few percent na deduction sa orig na price)

A vending machine provides snacks, beverages, and other products to consumers without a cashier. Items sold via these machines vary by country and region. But in some countries, merchants may sell alcoholic beverages such as beer through vending machines, while other countries do not allow this practice.

I suggest that you take the time to go to trade shows. sorry, I lost all of my paraphernallias on those vending machines to ondoy. They have different vending machines and I am thinking of a water vending machines which you can place anywhere in your city. all you need is a small space to rent and no staff to operate it just as long you have enough supply of water everyday, visit your machines everyday to collect and replenish.

Vending machines are really useful, and it allows us to make short processes when buying foods and beverages. Instead of getting into a long period of time to buy, these machines are highly invented to provide items easily and automatically. These are the things that will surely spread all over the other countries which haven't yet experience these kind kind of machines.
