Title: BPI express online problems, a little help please?

Naglog-in ako kani-kanina lang sa BPI express online account ko, nagulat ako nawala yung enrolled savings account ko and my BPI payroll account supposedly enrolled din dun

May laman pa yung savings account kong iyon, I tried re-enrolling it pero sabi enrolled na daw siya pero wala siya sa mga enrolled accounts,

guess the site is undergoing regular maintenance

Hi again,

I seem to be having problems on activating transfer to anyone on my android phone

it keeps on saying the error 99997

what seems to be the problem here?

I have the same problem. Really hate and annoyed how BPI support respond to my problem. First, I reported thru email about this problem. They advised me that since I have new phone that needs new BPI Mobile app, I need to re-enroll my transfer to anyone feature of this app. This means that I need to send again the original signed form to their head office in Makati. I asked them, what's the use of sending new link from my BPI expressonline account (Web version) whenever I need to re-install the app. They told me that everytime I re-donwload the app to my phone and re- install it, I need to re-enroll it all over again. Currently, I'm OFW from KSA and this procedures really bad and annoying as I need to send the original signed form and pay expensive courier just to activate again this feature. I told them that I am a currently user of this feature but I lost it coz I lost my phone. They keep advising me to send the original signed form and they will activate it again. After that, I switched my online banking to PNB which is much easier and customer friendly.

I tried calling up the hotline, took me three calls before someone answer though,
pero sabi nila I just reactivate again.

Update:
It is ok now, BPI sent me an email containing my activation code. I can use transfer to anyone now  :applause:

May problema ba ang BPI?  Nagtransfer ako last week pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa naka credit sa account ko.  Sad to say pero kahapon natalbugan ako ng tseke dahil kapos ako sa pondo.

Recently, napapadalas ang "system maintenance" nila. Don't worry kung d mo makita account mo, hindi nila basta basta pwedeng kunin yun. Nawawala daw talaga online pag nag-uupdate. If after a few days wala pa din, you can contact them baka closed (pag zero balance) or dormant na yung account mo.

Real-time ang transfer sa kanila online, parang yung deposit sa ATMs na tumatanggap ng cash deposit. Kaya lang pag pangfund ng check, dapat credited na sya before 10pm ng banking day before ma-encash or madeposit yung checke. Yun kasi ang binabasa ng system.
