Title: Home loan rate 8% fixed for 10 yrs

Ok na ba tong rate na 8% fixed for 10 yrs para sa housing loan?

Baka me alam pa kayo na mas mababa ang rate.

same rate din sila with other banks.

So my question is this ok na ba yun rate na 6.75 fixed in 5 yrs at 8% fixed in 10 yrs?

para sa akin okay na yan... pls ask the bank if they accept lump sum payment directly to the principal, just in case magkaroon ka ng extra money

Di daw pwede mag lumpsum kasi naka fixed yun rate.

Fixed interest rates remain the same throughout the entire loan term and they are not affected by market interest rates. Your loan duration will determine whether a fixed interest rate home loan is good for you or not.
