Hello Ms. Faith.
This message may quite a bit late but i hope it could still help you. Based on our surveys, most of businesses that are booming nowadays are related to service-oriented, or indulging activities.. like laundry shop, massage business, food, etc. This is booming because most people have now little time to do things for themselves...why, because they are so busy...and because of this, every time they can get a spare time, they will spend this into a relaxing way...whether eating, pampering, etc. Some household works are already relied on people.
So think of ideas that will serve people about the things i have mentioned.

If you’re also interested, we can provide you a list of 50 different business topics to choose from with all the necessary things you need to start-up.

I don't like this statement. I am not against with networking. But what is your evidence na Hindi proven ang ibang business Gaya ng agriculture, franchising, etc.? Also even investing on stocks, are you sure investing on networking is much much better than investing on stocks? Or even having your own farm?

I have a friend na yumaman sa Franchising (food carts). gusto ko din mag ganon that time kaso sabi nia...

I have a downline na Banker, active investor sa Stocks and Mutual Funds. She resigned sa bangko and chose to go full-time sa Networking.

but still... We have our own goals and ways on how to achieve them ryt? :)

for some/many/most people, not really true.
ang legal MLM ay hindi lagi low capital, no overhead, no re-investment/one-time investment.

interested people deserve FACTS only.

thank you for admitting na bago ka sa MLM.

it is not true na walang overhead sa MLM.
lahat ng business may overhead -- money cost &/or time cost.

sa MLM, mamamasahe ka,
mag-aabono ka ng pambili ng products,
bibili ka ng flyers,brochures, books, seminar tickets, etc;

isa pa, not all businesses kailangan mag-hire ng tao (prime example ay independent trading/investing)

Sir,
i dont think micro businesses necessarily yang mga nabanggit mo.

Ang point ko lang naman is that even you are in the farming, stocks, MLM, Garments, Franchising, etc. There is nothing to say small and easy.. Yes sa networking you can invest as much as 2K - 30K but still yung effort mo dun to expand the business is also your investment in the business na kung saan hindi sinasali ng mga networker sa initial capital nila. I know power of word of mouth ang MLM, but you will be needing numbers of downlines and most of the networkers took 2-4years of hardwork para maachieve ang goal nila.. Not everyone is successful on this, kaya wag tayo sana magbigay ng impressions na madali ito, dahil mas marami ang hindi kumita sa networking kaysa sa nagsucceed, similar lang din sa ibang negosyo..

Hi esclabo, I don't know kung ano yung nakita mo na may franchising concept, I think master siomai is also MLM pero thru franchising which is a good one I think. Pero if you know ang name na pinoy pao, Think twice dito. I am not against to this company, but I tried to buy with their package and this is the first business I made bago ako pumasok sa Farming on our family business kasi gusto ko iprove sa parents ko kaya ko magnegosyo na ako ang nagsimula. But in the end, it was failure. Pero I appreciate my failure kasi natutunan ko ang isang bagay, and that is a system. If you are looking for a franchise, at may pera ka naman, wag mo na panghinayan kung malaki ang investment kasi that's for sure may system sila, may mga feasibility study pa silang conduct at minsan sila pa nagsasabi saan ka pwesto. I remembe when I inquired before sa binalot, they are the one who gave ng location kasi nasa expansyon stage pa sila at that time. Pero sa ibang murang franchising, all they do is to give you the products basta bilhin mo lang at ikaw na bahala maghanap ng pwesto mo at ikaw na magpalago ng negosyo. Also, kadalasan, hindi competitive ang pricing.

Microfinancing is good. Kahit pakonti-konti lang muna start. I am interested in this industry, but I have to do my research first.

I would advise you to start on social entrepreneurship. If you want to tap into that then ask Gawad Kalinga's Center for Social Innovation (CSI) for help. You help the Philippines, and you earn profit. :D

It all boils down to what you want to do. Your focus should be to provide people with something they need. :D

I think much better eh multi-purpose loan ka muna. Tapos I recommend na wag masyado malaking interest.

Pero it is a risky one kasi kahit kaibigan mo eh may tendency di ka mabayaran on time.. Pero to be safe, always start on small, at magpataw ka ng maximum loan lang.. at wag masyado malaking interest.. I believe in god karma kasi kaya dapat wag abusohin..

i've been into micro lending lately, i don't know if this is related dito but since this is small business, i'll give this a try. a lot of our countrymen are in need of finances at sa tingin ko po nakakatulong din ang micro lending. small capital is ok, then you earn a few percentage from this, on the other end, the borrower gets the needed money for whatever purpose he uses this. I would suggest the lending topic here in PMT.
