After 8 months all i got from savings account is p536.00 check from PDIC. For my DYM I mailed some documents to prove that i have deposit in the bank after PDIC sent me letters saying that i don't have record of deposit in philfarmers bank. In Savings account & Time deposit (not the 5year DYM) anyone got their check for 100,000 up? Thanks.

seeing the news here makes me think that this can also happened for the FCB depositors. Sabi ng PDIC, matagal daw claim for legacy banks dahil magulo ang mga records nila. is philfarmers one of them?

PDIC should honor their promise on insured deposits. If i only knew na magulo pala ang records i should not deposit my money in the bank. I rather keep it in the house. How can a depositor verify the books and computer files of philfarmers bank? or any bank? All banks in the country doesnt allow their clients to check on their record of deposits or computer files because it is confidential. do they allow their clients to verify the bank records and computer files? what bank in the country? i believed all they give us depositors are certificate of time deposit, passbook and a copy of deposit slip as proof that we have deposit in the bank. we should email www.president.gov.ph everyday to address our concern of this incompetent and corrupt PDIC handling our claims.  >:(

Greetings fellow Phil. Farmer's Depositors:

I believed many depositors have received a notice from PDIC rejecting their deposits claims due to no record was found in the bank. Ano po ang dapat gawin?

     Thank you.

By saying "kayo ang boss ko" i hope he will fullfill his promise that he will not allow corruption in his administration. its been 16 months now since philfarmersbank was taken over by pdic but until now we did not received our claims.

Fellow ex Phil. Farmers Bank depositor, I have talk with Branch Operating Officer, she said, before she resigned, Last March 2009, she have received a memo from the head office to mailed all the records of the denied DYM to

3/F YL Finance Bldg. 115 salcedo cor. Rufino Sts., Makati.

I have talk with the pre settlement dept. of PDIC, she said PDIC was not able to penetrate that place because it is a financing institution not a bank.

If you could locate this place and ask for information and talk to the owner, maybe they could give the records to pdic and that will solve our problems and have our money back, refunded by pdic

i think it is not our problem anymore if they (PDIC) can't find the records from philfarmers bank.  as long as we have the evidence (PASSBOOK, DEPOSITSLIP & CERTIFICATE OF TIME DEPOSIT) PDIC should settle our claims. what if the bank got burned down and destroyed all the records? what if there is an earthquake or typhoon and the records got destroyed? what if some personnel of philfarmersbank destroyed the records?

PDIC is the first insurance company in the philippines using the dirty tactic "NO RECORDS FOUND" just to avoid payment of claims. Someday other insurance companies in the phillippines will follow the dirty tactic of PDIC "NO RECORDS FOUND" just to avoid payment of claims. sino ang lugi dito?

Tomorrow Sunday, we'll have a meeting with fellow denied Phil. Farmer's Bank depositors here in Iloilo City. We'll post in this forum what we will discussed in the meeting.

As far as we know, our deposits are valid since we have passbooks, Certificate of Time Deposits, certifications and affidavits executed by former bank employees and officers that they indeed received the money when we delivered it to them and processed and subsiquently issued us proof of our deposits.

One of our member even she had the check to show proof that she indeed made a placement in the bank, walang nangyari denied pa rin, sabi ng PDIC hindi daw napasok sa bank record., what the ....................grrrrrrr.

I don't know why PDIC denied us of our claims.

It has been almost 2 years now since the closure of PhilFarmers Bank. Until now I, a depositor have not been paid of my insured amount. It is stated that depositors will be paid by PDIC of the insured amount 6 months from the closure. I believe that all of the DYM depositors have not yet been paid. They are passing, sending and mailing the documents back and forth which are signs of delaying tactics.  PDIC should give priority in paying out these depositors since this is long overdue.

Good day fellow pmt:

According to a reliable source, the copies of the deposit slips of dym accounts were sent to Mr. Teofilo Garcia;former auditor of Farmer's Bank as per his instruction when the bank was still open.

The deposit slips are extremely vital evidence to many denied dym accounts. Kindly search for this person so he can shed light where did he kept the deposit slips.

By the looks of it PDIC will not pay you and PDIC doubts whether your are indeed a legitimate claimant. I have a lawyer friend in PDIC and he said that those whose claims have not been approved in 1 year means that they have already been rejected. They just wont tell you straight but your records are in the "dead" file.

Do we have to use the downloadable proforma request for reconsideration on denied claims found in the PDIC website? This is such a hassle specially if the claimant is already in another country.

Guys need your inputs ang ipapadala ba ng PDIC eh Cheque in the name of depositor or Payment advise lang to be withdraw to Landbank appeciate your advise.

After the approval of your claim you will receive the payment notice and after a few weeks you will receive your Landbank check on the mail. Philfarmers bank declared bank holiday around the 4th quarter of 2008 only in the 3rd quarter of 2009 PDIC started the processing of our claims. After waiting for more than 2 years I received my Landbank check payment without interest. I'm still thankful to PDIC for returning the principal deposit.
