Title: D.R.I.P plans in the Phil, any brokers?
Post by: AtomicPhil on Oct 05, 2019, 11:24 PM
Hi, I am in the u.s but would like to help some friends in the philippines get into investing, but so far i have noticed that many brokers in the philippines does not offer d.r.i.p plans for reinvesting dividends received. Is there such a thing? how would one make a living there besides collecting dividends. thanks

Also is there any way to buy securities from the u.s as well?

No drip here yet. You have to manually reinvest your dividends.

For buying US securities, you may use TD Ameritrade, InteractiveBrokers or eToro.
