Title: How long is the processing for a new tax declaration?
Post by: PwedePadala on Nov 29, 2017, 07:43 AM
I'm planning to buy a house through housing loan in the Philippines. The owner of the has to get a new tax declaration as one of the requirements by the bank.

Any idea how long will it take to get a new tax declaration? I hope it will only take a week so we'll know the result of the application this year. (Crossing our fingers for a positive outcome.)

I love to hear that from you. First of all, I would like to send you a recommendation which I have experienced in such buying and selling a house over my homeland. Complete all the requirements on hand and pay the required registration fee. Once the registration fee has been paid and the documents submitted, a new owner’s duplicate copy of the TCT or CCT will be released to you within 5 days. Or you will need a Pag-ibig housing loan to get your new house. You can check the details here https://www.ecomparemo.com/info/a-comprehensive-guide-to-pag-ibig-multi-purpose-loan-application/
