Title: HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE EVERYDAY?
Post by: louieteope on May 22, 2013, 06:22 PM
AFTER YOU BUILD A RIGHT MINDSET, LET'S DO THE REAL ACTION AND REAL FAST RESULTS.
PRODUCTIVITY VS ACTIVITY

In our THRIVING ONLINE BUSINESS, it doesn't mean that once you are online on Facebook 24/7 you are PRODUCTIVE. Being in front of your PC, Laptop or Smart phone and liking, browsing the news feeds, checking groups, notifications and inbox always does not mean PRODUCTIVITY either.

You must determine how to be PRODUCTIVE daily and not by just wasting your time in your ACTIVITIES online.

See this simple steps to be PRODUCTIVE and reestablish your DAILY ROUTINE

ADD AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE IN FACEBOOK DAILY(no mutual friends as much as possible)
Choose those people whom you think they go online always so that they can accept you asap. Select people who got many friends as well to broaden your network by interacting to that person only.

ONCE THEY ACCEPTED YOUR FRIEND REQUEST
Automatically send him/her a message regarding our business or if his/her profile permits you to post in his/her wall, you can do so, some will say it's UNETHICAL, but as I have told you if you have the RIGHT MINDSET to SHARE and HELP that person through this OPPORTUNITY, you will never be ashamed to POST our business. Wall posting is also effective, in an instance if that person has 5,000 friends, by posting in his/her wall most of his/her friends that are online will see your post in their news feed. (passive advertisement)

SENDING MESSAGE TO 100 RANDOM PEOPLE DAILY
Due to Facebook terms and conditions, they block your account if you abuse some features like messaging, but to be PRODUCTIVE and reaching more CLIENTS, you can divide the number of messages you will send at a certain time.

EXAMPLE:
10 MESSAGES per 2 hours
25 MESSAGES every 3 hours
5 MESSAGES per hour

Another tip to prevent the blocking of your account, in every message you send, you can attach one of our marketing photos to give an ample time before you send every message.

CREATE THE VERY EFFECTIVE MESSAGE
YOU CAN MAKE TO GAIN ATTENTION OF YOUR READER.

MAXIMIZE YOUR FREEDOM TO POST
Build your audience online by POSTING THINGS THAT MATTER ONLY that they can't help themselves to like and share, never post some unusual stuffs, remember you are doing business, people will not join people that post crazy stuffs. POST as often as you can daily in your timeline regarding our business in that way as your friends and your followers browse the news feed, your post will always be at present.

ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR NOTIFICATION
People will like and comment in your post, you have to interact and build RAPPORT to them, you need to ask them and share the opportunity via comment or private message.

BE ACTIVE AND NOT TO BE PASSIVE
As soon as you reach more people by doing those tips above, you need to be active on checking your ads and post, although it became PASSIVE ADS, be ACTIVE to follow up them and GO DIRECT TO THE POINT, close the deal as you interact to them.

MAINTAIN EXCITEMENT
As you create your ads, maintain to be NOISY at all times, in a POSITIVE WAY. You must make your audience curious of what you really do.

LASTLY PRAY FOR IT
No matter how hard you strive, without the PROPER GUIDANCE above, you will be wasting your time at all, Be ready for the GREAT BLESSINGS AND DO IT IN THE RIGHT WAY.

Hoping that after you read this post,
YOU WILL NOW BE PRODUCTIVE AND NO MORE WASTING TIME
DOING THINGS THAT DOESN'T MATTER.

STAY FOCUSED ON THE MISSION, NOT ON COMMISSION

The proper way is to pay for Facebook ads and use Facebook pages promote a venture. Lumang technique na yang spamming other people's walls, befriending and sending messages - which are often ignored. Facebook has also an algorithm that puts messaging into the "Other" inbox folder for those spammer friends, so most likely di rin lang mababasa. You're also putting Facebook account at risk of being suspended - at mas lalong mas natatag na spammer ang mga taong may friend request sa walang mutual friend. E di sayang lang ang pagod.

Facebook allows you to promote stuff - though you have to shell out money for it. Di naman mahal ang magpa-advertise sa ads nila. Better do it the proper way instead. Nakakapagod rin ang maging spammer.

hi free lancer babe.... i respect your opinion here...

You can be very "productive" even when you are not online.

Once you set everything up to be running for you on complete auto-pilot, you can be away from your computer while everything is working 24/7 on your part.

I had times where I would leave my computer for a few days and I still make a ton of sales when I was away.

Many people think that you always have to be online to make money and be productive.

Hopefully these systems will work for you. I’ve seen some people adopt them to some success, but I’ve never seen anyone do it exactly the way I do.

The question is not if you are busy but what are you busy with?

This is the type of marketing strategy that make me cringe. Facebook is intended for socializing and when you're doing things like these you are not socializing.

Right mindset? I think it's just a make believe. There are ethical ways to promote your business on Facebook.

5 Ways To Be More Productive

Schedule less time for important tasks. This seems counterintuitive, but it isn’t in practice. When you limit how much time you give yourself to work on important tasks, you force yourself to expend more energy over less time so you can get the tasks done faster.

Keep all of your emails five sentences or less, and make a note of it in your signature. Using this hack I’ve blown through my inbox like crazy, and most people don’t mind when you keep your emails short and to the point.

Keep a list of everything you’re waiting on, to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, and so you can worry a lot less about the people and things you need to stay on top of.

“Clear to neutral.” Whenever you finish an activity, clean up to reduce the friction to starting it the next time. E.g. clean the kitchen when you finish cooking, or set aside your running gear for your run tomorrow morning.

Create a “mindless list.” Accumulate a list of the mindless activities you do (laundry, cleaning, etc.), and do them all at once while listening to something productive (an audiobook, TED talk, etc.).

Though the original post is meant for strategies on how to be productive when it comes to selling products online, I do have an additional tip on how to be productive IN GENERAL.
Since yun naman ang title ng post na ito :D

You can use the 2 minute trick. Have a go at a task for two minutes. Even just two minutes. Focus. Focus.
Sooner or later, you will find yourself actually starting the task and spending more time on it.
What works for me may not work for you. But just try it! It works wonders. :)

In addition, you could also try the Pomodoro technique. You have to take short breaks after every 25 (or more) minutes of work. The idea is to divide your workday into extremely focused chunks that are separated by around 5 minute, short breaks.

Also consider "single tasking" or doing a single thing at a time.
