Where to invest P20 million?

If you had P20 million (US$400,000), how would your investment portfolio look like?

Real estate – 40%; Equity mutual funds – 30%; Bonds mutual funds – 20%; Savings – 10%? Have some other ideas?

If I have 20 million pesos, I'll divide it into the following:

5M – Farm – Fruit bearing trees for export or local market
10M – Apartment/Parking Area (?)
1M – Forex  
2M – Travel/Tourist Business to include service like van/car
1M – Time Deposit
1M – Regular Savings Deposit
