Withdraw money from limited Paypal account?

A limited PayPal account is an account with restricted access to Paypal funds. Normally, a limited account:
- cannot send or withdraw funds
- cannot close and terminate account
- has limited view of transaction reports
- sometimes unable to receive incoming payments
Paypal provides instructions on how to lift the limit placed on the account and this usually includes sending verification documents to confirm the identity of the account holder.
Receive more than $500/month and Paypal auto-upgrades Personal Account to Premier

A recent discussion in the PMT Forum is about the issue of Paypal automatically upgrading Personal Accounts to Premier/Business status if more than $500 is received in one month.
According to sources, Paypal’s newest rule is that when a user receives more than the $500 receiving limit per month, the Personal Account is automatically upgraded to Premier or Business Account.
