I won the 6/49 Super Lotto jackpot!

Haha. That surely grabbed your attention.

Two lucky persons won the February 22 (Sunday) Super Lotto 6/49 draw but I’m not one of them. The winning numbers are 06-34-20-26-12-33. These two lucky bettors will share the jackpot prize of P347,836,903.20.

Wow, what are they gonna do with all that money? Hehe.

The winning numbers during the February 19 (Thursday) draw were 35-01-42-36-41-22. The top prize was P288 million or P288,146,473.20 to be exact. No one won the draw.

I did plan on making a lotto bet for that draw but lines at the betting station were really, really loooooooong. A lot of Filipinos, it appears, are pinning their hopes of becoming rich in this mega-million draw.

Well, who can blame them?

I myself am not a fan of lotto but, hey, we’re talking about hundreds of millions of pesos here. That’s enough for me to retire right now. If I win, I’ll buy a house in Los Angeles, California and will also get a Lamborghini. Then I’ll travel to all countries in Europe and South America. I’ll donate millions to charitable institutions then will probably buy a block time in Channel 2 or 7 so I can have my own TV show. Hahaha.

What would you do if you won that amount of money? ;)

When I had dinner with my fiancé’s folks I was struck hard when her dad mentioned about scam in lotto. He somehow got out of the box and shed theories and scenarios that made me connect one dot with the rest of dots.

Why connect one dot? It’s because the primary source is PCSO and the rest of the dots are events that seemed plausible but could not be proven totally; these are theories and scenarios that I drew in mind while her father was talking.

As we all know the Lotto 6/49 was bagged by two winners in the Luzon region. We speculate that these two individuals are both politicians and known for being involved in corruption complaints. The two are Gloria and Chavit. Here’s the theory, These two are conspiring with shall we say poor peasant whose going to bet the numbers they’re going to pick, then they’re going to manipulate the system of drawing the numbers by informing the draw coordinator the number already pre-selected. When they claim the jackpot prize, they’re going to share 10% to the “lucky winner” then 90% is shared split to the two politicians.

These funds, as we continue to speculate, is going to be deposited on a shadow account where it use for bribery, protection of the interest of the administration, and for election machinery this coming 2010. Guess where do the admin get there bribery money? It’s not only from foreign contractors but also from our own pockets.

Just imagine 20 pesos then multiply that to a number of underprivileged persons, Shall we say 10million people in just a day of betting, you’ll get Php 200,000,000.00 of funds to defeat an enemy in politics, to kill a media person, and to bribe a hungry congressman.

If I win that much money, part of it will go to maybe 3 homes for the aged, 2 juvenile detention centers, a few adoption homes, and to Gawad Kalinga. Definitely a part of it will also go to paying taxes (can’t get away from that). I’ll also buy my own house and 2nd-hand car (kasi dagdag tax pa pag brand new sayang din yun ipang-gasolina ko na lang di ba). I’ll travel to around 4 countries with my mom because that has always been her lifelong wish (pwede na yung 4 countries na around the world trip mahal ang pamasahe). Then I’ll invest, save, and open a fast-food franchise. Sana manalo!
