Im highly interested on this condo unit for sale @ Oriental Garden in Makati. Ive seen lots of possible units before not only @ Oriental Garden but within Makaiti as well. Now Im highly interested to view & purchase one unit for my 2 kids who arecurrently working in MAkati area as well. Looking forward for a free viewing soon as our time permits.

Why buy here? there are a lot of makati condos to chose from at a same price. Have you seen this place during rainy season? The poor area is a catch basin! The flood is really terrible right at its location, whereas the neighboring area is not flooded at all. Doesn’t seem like a good investment to me.
