@subconscious and puberer, panoorin nyo and apply nyo lang yung turo, ganun lang ginawa ko eh

am just happy inaapply pala ni procurement and yung iba na kakilala ko nag aapply ganun din eh yumaman.

@rp, hindi na sya "secret" pero parang secret pa rin ang resulta kasi di alam apply ng iba kahit paulit ulitin nila panoorin eh hehehe. parang bible yan eh, di lahat ng nagbabasa ng bible naiintindihan ang binabasa nila ganun din yun sa panonood.

Simula nung apply ko eh ayun, ok ang effect. OT na tayo hehe, ayaw ko gawa ng thread para sa "the secret", meron na thread dati dito sa pmt yun nabasa ko nga last week kila lightwind99 pero old topic na. Dun na lang kayo magbasa for tips on that topic. Singit lang to comment ko, balik na lang tayo sa net worth topic ulit ng iba para matuto pa tayo ng more tips pa para masaya

Okay para on topic ako naman..

a little over 1m palang networth ko at hindi mashado maganda ang %

75% - Rental property
15%- Car (sa iba kasama alahas laptop PSP so i guess kasam din dapat to)
10%- Cash on banks, invesments sa pmt, sunlife MF at danvil plan (patapos na to)

Like I told sa ibang thread, one wrong move that I made before (yung pag bili ng condo) ngayon ko pinagbabayaran.. Sabi dun sa book na nabasa ko dapat mataas din liquid assets para in case of emergency may bubunutin ka. thankful nga ako sa PMT dahil namulat ako, natuto, at nabigyan ng mga opportunities..

Medjo malas kasi ako sa business kaya maliit palang yung assets ko, daming nag fail na negosyo.. Ngayon bumabangon uli ako, sana mag click na to.

Pia- Positive outlook yung sa "The Secret" diba.. Meron pa ba akong na miss?

^What's the book written by Napoleon Hill? Parang ganon din yung Secret, di ba? He went around interviewing people of great wealth and influence to know what it is they have in common?

I am aiming to raise my liquid assets by 100K before the end of the year. Maniningil na ako. Goodluck to me.

Thanks for the response.

I actually bought two lots - one in a high end subd in our city and one that's in a less popular place - none of them are rentable. So does that mean they should not be included as a part of my net worth? The 75% does not include my home. I just got here so I'm still in the 'digesting' stage of learning.

Well, actually networth is value of everything that you own. Even those old comics and magazines in your cabinets. If you're asking about assets, well, that's a different question.

And yes, your lots are included in your networth and asset column...in fact, so does your house.

Napanood ako na din yung the secret.. Law of attraction.. Positive attitude.. Write down your goals, time frame kailan mo gusto makuha yun or mangyari yun.. Plan, Work and pray pa rin ang solution kung paano maachieve yung goals mo..

tanggal na po ang mga expenses. wala naman akong utang kasi i pay everything in cash when i had money. may liability lang ako na 5m kasi some of my real estate 5-10years to pay dipa tapos hulugan.
i started 2003 nag biz ng rtw (biz1). malakas dati ang biz at matipid ako kaya by nakabuy ako ng mga real estate. pero humina na ngayon ang rtw biz kaya i might close na in the next 2 years.
