From the eBay forums uli, regarding PayPal Philippines to Xoom withdrawal:

Grin

pwede din itong option na ito.

deposit -> scriptlance (2.9%) -> withdraw moneybookers (no fee) -> withdraw to local bank ($2.60).

usually 3 days lang sa moneybookers ang withdrawal.

pwede ding

deposit -> scriptlance (2.9%) -> withdraw e-gold (2%) -> pinoygoldexchange

saan kaya tayo makakamura

^From  http://pages.ebay.com.sg/sea/paypal/withdraw.html

How will the funds appear on my Visa® credit/debit/prepaid card?

    if you choose to withdraw your balance to:

    *   A credit card: The funds will appear as a credit on your credit card account/statement. You can choose to apply this credit against your credit card account balance or you may choose to withdraw the funds, if your bank permits.

    *   A debit card: The funds will appear as a credit to your bank account. if your debit card is ATM-enabled, you may withdraw funds directly from an ATM.

    *   A prepaid card: The funds will top-up your prepaid card with the corresponding balance until you choose to make a purchase or a withdrawal.

Mahal ang xoom at magulo kausap. What I'm using is chikka, halos pareho lang sya since I exchange about $250 every other week. Sa xoom kasi, di nga pwede pag sa Pinas to Pinas. Sa chikka, within minutes andyan na pera mo. Mahal nga lang in the long run kasi $7 per Php 5,000 ang kaltas. Sana may mas magandang alternative..
