I've tried using my gsis e-card, pumasok siya. Then, I contacted support for the expanded user number. Di raw nila kita. Then, sabi tawag daw ako ulit sa Unionbank. After that, sabi ng CS ng Unionbank, sa online account ko raw makikita. So, pina-activate ko online account. After 5 banking days pa raw makikita. So, next week pa malalaman.

I checked my Paypal account.  I was verified na dati pa.  But when I checked the "View Limits" section, ang sabi:

Your credit or debit card daily withdrawal limit  is the maximum amount you can withdraw to your card each day.

Your daily card withdrawal limit is: $500.00 USD

Akala ko, pag verified na, wala ng limit?

Di po pwedeng mag-withdraw sa LandBank; tinignan ko po yung atm ko pero wala pong Logo ng visa.

Kung bibili po kayo online at may credit card kayo, di nyo na kailangan mag-add ng cash sa paypal; usually, i-cha-charge na lang po ng Paypal sa Credit Card nyo. Ang kagandahan po ng paggamit ng Paypal, di nyo na kailangang i-reveal yung credit card info nyo sa bibilhan nyo.

ngayon tanong lang po,

1) seller po kase ako and I asked my tita kung pwede kong gamitin yung paypal nya. she agreed naman, kaso personal (verified) yung account nya, pwede bang makareceive don then withdraw?

2) unverfied yung paypal ko (not nung sa tita ko) can i receive payments? mawiwithdraw ko kaya?

3) can I verify my paypal through my tita's credit/debit card which is  currently used in her paypal?

Please help,

My paypal is addressed to usa because I asked a friend to open up a bank account in the usa for me to withdraw my papal balance. I haven't started withdrawing yet especially when i found out paypal is now open in the Philipines.

Please help me resolve the following issues:
1. Which is cheaper?:
     1.a Transfer paypal balance to usa bank and wiretransfer it to Phil bank
     1.b Register a Union eon bank to Paypal and withdraw it directly here
2. Since im using a usa paypal, will it allow to register a UnionBank eon?
3. If number 2 is a NO, then how do i change the Paypal usa to Paypal Philippines. Change of street address does not work.

You can register a new Paypal address using a Philippine address and attached your eon card. Then, you can transfer your balance from your us paypal to your Philippine Paypal after verification.
