Etong Iiintroduce ko na Company sa inyo is a Filipino Owned Company with complete SEC and DTI papers.

It is registered as an MLM company but the good thing is kahit di ka mag recruit ng members kikita ka pa din ng $225 every 15th and 30th of the month and after 100 days you will recieve 315% of the money na inilagay mo sa company dahil sa tinatawag nilang Profit Sharing.

Meron itong office dito sa Pinas and the best thing is pag nag join ka may products ka na makukuha, notarized contract and copies ng legal papers nila.

I hope you check your SEC Papers again.
ETXT is not supposed to sell securites, etc, etc.

Stick to just selling prepaid cards.

I just talked to the owner(Mr. J. Estrella) yesterday and maganda talaga ang balak niya sa Company.Hindi talaga ito Investment Company but it's more of parang Cooperative where premium members get dividends from the Company's Profit Sharing Index(PSI).

Being a Premium member you will get these benefits:
1.)Products worth P14,000(estimate only)
2.)1Million P.A. Insurance (Malayan Insurance)
3.)Value care health card(Para siyang PhilHealth)

Once na magdecide ka to be a Premium member you will fill up and sign a contract na ipapa-notarize pa nila then ipapadala nila sayo.

Eto yung ibang projects nila:
E-tv(channel 9 - Banyuhay hosted by Angelique Lazo)
E-mart(parang 7-11/ministop na may wifi access) Franchise is only 1M for the first 50 E-marts then 5M na pag yung ika 51st na franchise na. more or less mga 20 na yung nagfranchise sa ngayon.
Upcoming Concerts(December 15 - Bamboo Concert)
(dami pa iba pero di ko na maalala...)

Ang maganda pa pala sa Profit sharing nila is pag may nag franchise ng e-mart mas lumalaki yung PSI tulad last week may 3 nag frachise so tumaas yung PSI from 1.1 naging 1.25 kaya mas lumaki yung pinaghahatian ng premium members.Tapos na din daw pala mag taping sila Bobby Andrews, Angelu De Leon(Cast ng T.G.I.S.) para sa promotions ng E-mart.

One more thing pala is yung sa mga naninira daw sa kanila eh nattrace nila and kung di daw makipag areglo e dinidemanda nila.

Marami na din kasing tumitira di naman mapanindigan.

Eto pa pala... Pag na reach na nila yung certain number ng Premium members di na sila tatanggap ng bagong Premium members.

It's up to you guys pero para saken talagang eto na yung hinihintay ko. It's up to you kung sasabay ka or magpapaiwan ka.

I think this Company will grow bigger in a matter of few months.

Yung mga interested, pwede tayo mag meet. Mahirap kasi ilagay yung detailed explanation dito kaya mas maganda kung sa personal tayo mag usap usap. Don't worry guys kasi wala naman commitment e. Huwag kayo sumali kung hinid niyo magustuhan pero I doubt na hindi niyo magugustuhan ito.
