  • gusto ko sanang buhayin to since mag babayad nanaman ulit kami ng real estate tax na ubod ng mahal!
    Because I don't know what's going to happen in the future... we have no choice but to do what we feel is right at the moment......

  • Bagong lipat kami sa Marikina heights sabi ng real estate agent namin nasa around 4k daw ang babayaran namin sa amilyar kasama na yung 50% discount. Nasa 100sqm lang yung lupa samantalang yung property sa side nila misis sa Sikatuna village, QC na nasa 600 sqm 7k lang binayaran. Hindi hamak na mas commercial yung location ng property sa QC at 5x larger.

    Sabihin na natin bago yung property sa Marikina, ganon ba talaga ang amount ng bayaran ng amilyar vs dun sa property sa QC?
    And wala na bang extension for the 50% off sa pagbabayad ng real estate tax, hanggang March 31 lang talaga?

  • 50% discount is good deal. usually 10 to 20% lang binibigay na discount & deadline is always end of january for the taxable year. so if the discount is accurate, pay for it asap bago pa magbago isip ng treasurer's office ng Marikina City.

    sa ibang siudad, march 31 usually no more discount. after that they'll slapped you with a 2% penalty monthly for the succeeding months when taxes remained unpaid.

    mas mapapamahal pag ndi nabayaran, pag na auction pa ang bahay mo ng treasurers office, kung magkano inabot ang bid plus the surcharges/penalty pa yan.

    may 1yr redemption ka para mabayaran lahat, at pag ndi mo nagawa, mapupunta ang bahay mo dun sa nanalo sa auction.

    • jenofstructures: @maoresccalma tignan mo yung magiging return of investment mo sa gma7. if for long term, check mo rin yung dividend yield nya. Most kasi ng mga long term investors naghhanap din ng stocks na malaki magbigay ng dividends. Take note, meron nagbibigay ng quartery sa dividend
