how do you compute for it?

and what happens if you fail to pay for a year, 2 years etc?

when is the start of the payment for this? upon buying the property?

Local government ang nag-a-assess niyan e. Depende sa klase ng property. Kung nabayaran na ng seller yung amilyar pagkabili mo (taun-taon kasi, based on calendar years, ang bayaran), the following year ka na magbabayad. Pag di ka makabayad on time, may interest na.

ok thanks..san ba naka base ang amilyar, sa price ng lupa or price ng bahay at lupa?

assuming na 1 million ang price ng both bahay at lupa, magkano kaya ang estimate na amilyar nito?

Oo nga pala, depende sa patakaran ng local government, pag may arrears ka na, pwedeng i-auction ang property mo.

Btw, does that hold? When property is acquired through a local government real property auction?

Acquisition of property thru auctions conducted by the local government is legal and therefore, will hold.

ask ko lng kc one of the requirement sa pag-ibig loan ko is ung real tax receipt dpat ba updated ung payment before i submit?
san ba pede humingi ng copy ng real tax receipts?

Pag magbabayad ka ng amilyar, ang dala mo yung tax declaration at yung resibo ng huling payment. Yung market value na nakalagay sa tax dec ang batayan ng assessment. Pagkabayad mo, saka ka magkakaron ng updated na real property tax receipt.
