Medyo disappointed ako kasi naka ilang pass na ako ng printed BDO internet banking enrollment form pero di parin na po-process. I pass the form within 10 days then they said it would take 1 week to process and I'll receive an email once it's activated. But it's been a month na, and wala pa rin! Dun ako sa BDO sa megamall lagi eh.

I submitted a printed form (again!) for the second time...ganun din yung sinabi, wala pa rin ngayun!

So this time, what I did is the branch enrollment.I signed up in their branch, then they said it would take at least 1 week to process and I'll receive an email once it's activated. I raised up my concern, they said I just need to wait for the email...dapat daw kasi dun daw ako sa branch kung saan ako unang nag open ng account which is sa Libis. But anyway, nabigyan nila ako ng form eh and I was able to sign up in their branch.

Yung una, parang wala silang alam, di nila alam gagawin...they keep on asking each other about applying for internet banking. Sinabi sa nila sa akin noon, everything should be done online. So I did, pero according dun sa last page, I need to submit the printed form to the nearest BDO branch within 10 days. So I did, but nothing happens until now.

I started applying since march 2007... from online enrollment to branch enrollment! Nawawalan na tuloy ako ng gana sa kanila. Kaka open ko pa lang naman ng account sa kanila.  :yuck:

inefficient lang siguro yung branch na pinagsa-submitan mo suite_princess... i just transferred to bdo from bpi (ironically ineffficiency rin ng bpi ang dahilan ng paglipat ko) last May... 2 weeks after i opened a bdo acount, nag-enroll nman ako sa internet banking nila online, and dahil di ko rin maasikaso, on the 7th day ko na ata naihatid sa bank. nireceive lang at nagpirma-pirma lang yung 1 bank employee and 1 supervisor ata, ganun lang ... 2 days after, activated na.

try mo ulit, once more, with feelings.  :hihi:  minsan minamalas lang talaga sa mga bank employees na natatapat saiyo...

So true.  I once opened a BDO account and had it enrolled for online banking in less than 2 weeks.  A year after, my husband followed suit and also applied his account for online banking.  Pero ilang months bago pa na-process.  He opened his account at the same branch as mine.  Later I found out na iba na pala yung person in charge for new accounts who also handles the online banking enrollment.  At the time I enrolled, talagang may alam sa online banking yung kausap ko.  Pero na transfer sya ng ibang branch kaya iba na yung nag facilitate nung application ng husband ko.

baka nga depende lang sa branch

sa akin kasi,
Friday: nag online enroll ako, print ko documents
Saturday: submit sa SM Manila (dito rin account ko)
Monday (before 530pm): activated na internet banking account ko.

nagulat nga ako sa bilis at tuwang tuwa ako sa service nila.  :applause:

I only have one merchant enrolled sa bills payment facility ng BDO. Curious lang, if I want to add others, can I do it online or do I still have to go through the branch? With third party accounts, I know that's their practice, dadaan pa sa branch. Pero sa bills payment ba ganon din?

You can add merchants online. Click on "my Profile" -> "Merchants" -> "Enroll Merchants".

yup, walang problem sa pag add ng merchant.  you can do it online, and it is activated instantly!

sa third party lang, medyo matagal talaga.   depende sa branch AT sa teller/officer na pinag abutan mo ng papers to be processed.

experience ko, same branch, pero yung isang pinag abutan ko, inabot ng 3 weeks, samantalang doon sa isa, 5 days lang, na add na agad yung 3rd party account ko.

guess, it's hard to bank on them all the time pala ...   :D

I think me problem ang BDO sa internet banking nila. One month na ang complaint ko sa call center nila regarding bills payment na nadebit sa account pero di naman nacredit sa merchant. What can I do kaya? So far no action. They don't even answer emails! Call center naman nila eh forward lang daw nila problem. Very discouraging ito. Wala bang me similar problem?

Wala bang customer feedback form sa BDO online? Gamitin mo yun at dun ka magreklamo. Ganyan ginawa ko sa metrobank for their poor service at mabilis naman umaksyon, as in within the day! Baka maging effective rin sa BDO.

Question ngapala, can BDO do fund transfer to other banks, i.e. from BDO to BPI? Right now kasi ang alam ko lang na nakakagawa nito is ChinaBank, tapos di na kelangan i-enroll yung pagta-transfer-an ng fund, you just have to fill in the information required by the receiver bank. I heard UnionBank din ata. BDO ba may ganitong capability?

^Looks like wala pang option to transfer to another bank. There is no option to add a third party account from another bank.

Actually ginamit ko na customer feedback form ng BDO twice na pero wala response. It seems to me they are flooded with complaints, kase they used to answer complaints naman before. Problem yata sa merger ng PCIequitable and BDO.

And yes you can not transfer funds to other banks only to BDO.

bdo online banking - ako nag-enroll online nung June 14 (sunday).  June 15 dinala ko sa branch yung enrollment form.  after 3 days tumawag ako (follow up) sabi sakin 3 - 5 days daw.  after 7 days tawag ulit ako... wala pain.  after 10 days saka lang nila ginawan ng report.  after 8 days daw ok na online banking ko. gang ngayon wala parin.  kainez!!!

Ako; last Friday pa lang nag-sign up for online account. Bukas siguro i-me-mail ko na yung form directly sa Head Office. Ayoko sa branch baka kasi ma-delay lang din.

+1 ako...almost a month na ung application ko...tapos meron na din me complaint number generated by their BDO Hotline...still waiting pa rin. tsk tsk..so much for their aim of being one of the Best Bank..

Mabagal talaga ang BDO, nag enrol ako ng third party account to be linked to my internet banking, 2 weeks na, wala pa rin!?!  Sabi sa branch, 3 days lang daw!?!
