@bloomerman I believe the subject is about "online trading"  not UITF/Mutual Fund. In online trading you are responsiible for all your actions. It's up to you on how you will play in the market. By the way, the guy is talking about EIP ( easy investment program) which is like an account for beginners/starters who wants to try online trading with a minimal investment/min risk. In EIP, you will be guided by citiseconline through their reports/assessment as to which stock is the best one to buy/ best pick. But again, that is just a recommendation/advice, the decision is still with you whether to heed their advice or not. While the Regular account is the other way around.
