September 2007 PMT EB, planuhin na natin!

One of the suggestions of most PMT members is to have a regular PMT EyeBall (EB), so why not have a quarterly official EB? We just finished our latest EB in June, how about another one come September? That's three months from now, which gives us more time to plan what to do during the EB and announce it so that more PMT members can come.

We can't decide the exact date as of now, but we are open to suggestions on just about anything about the EB. Where do you want it held? What type of activities do you want to do? Do you want to listen to talks, speeches, business opportunities, etc from other PMT members or resource persons during the EB?

Post here if you have suggestions on how to make our next EB more worthwhile.

Yup a good venue is one thing we should ensure. Ok din ang seminars/talks/etc. pero post kayo ng suggested topics niyo at kung sino ring speakers/lecturers ang gusto/pede nating makuha.

Hello bago lang me d2 pero I have an idea date nga lang since September n Man ang tentative let's make it on the 8th of September in line with Mama Mary. What you think?

Planuhin na natin 'to! Para tuluyan nang makapgsimula, gusto kong malaman kung sinu-sino sa PMT members ang willing maging "committee members" na mag-aasikaso ng iba't ibang aspeto ng EB. Nde pa finalized kung anu-ang committees pero most probably magkakaroon tayo ng:

- Logistics Committee : in charge of the venue, sound system, and other technical necessities of the EB
- Program Committee : prepare and manage the full program of the EB
- Speakers Committee : in charge of choosing, inviting, and managing the speakers who will deliver talks during the EB
- Food Committee : in charge of the food and refreshments to be served

Sama na kayo! Kung willing kayong mag-work para sa EB, post na kayo dito!

Produce funds? Hindi naman. Planning at legwork.

@rainmen, nope, funds will come from sponsors/donors and contribution from people attending the EB.

^ Yup, I'm planning to ask him to be a speaker. Just met with Mark So earlier pero di ko pa binanggit, nahiya ako e LOL. Will talk to him about it when we meet next time.
