i agree, for the last 8 years ba may pinakitang statement of income and liabilities ang company to see na talagang valid yung business na to... and they can guarantee yung 4& interest... kawawa naman yung mga investors... they should file the case the soonest... and dapat dalhin din sa media para ma expose at ma warningan ang mga tao at di na makapanloko...

i know one of the incorporators sana lng it would come directly from an investor. close knit nga ang mga investor dto it should come from them sila rin naman ang mag file ng kaso.

wala pang idea ang mga taga SEC how to operate forex broker kaya lahat ng mga complain dito blanko din sila kaya inaabuso ng marami...

Nature ng Business nila is buy&sell ng kotse???
i don't think kayang bawiin yung pagbebenta ng kotse sa monthly return na 4% sa mga investors, pwera na lang kung manufacturers sila. Frontline lang yung buy&sell nila ng car para sounds credible.

dapat hindi Royal Machester Five tawag dito, dapat "Unloyal Manchester Five"

kasi yung isa sa kanila naging unloyal sa apat na incorporators.

Mga Bo-blocks naman SEC, this is not the first time may nangyaring ganito. Kulang na lang may mag-form na business group at mag petition ng request sa government na mag set ng investigating or regulating body sa mga ganito para safe lahat.

i find it hard to believe that the other incorporators dont know what was going on. believe me when i say that no forex trader in the world can sustain 5% monthly profit for a sustained period. there is just no way this is possible especially when your account is increasing monthly.
there has to be someone here that can name the other incorporators. there should be at least 4 more aside from "cyrus"

i think the problem here is, close knit talaga ang mga investors and agents kaya they are unwilling or hesitant to divulge the identities of these people. partly, ayaw din nila mapamak yung friend nila na agent na sa tingin nila eh victim din ng pangyayaring ito. but i think, hindi man dito sa forum na to lumabas ang names, someone's bound to squeal, masyadong maraming tao ang affected, and maraming big names

if indeed RMF has gone bust then why hasnt it been hitting the news?
the big investors are probably embarrassed to come out in the open. after all the other programs and companies that have gone the scam way, these guys should have at least thought this one out alot more thoroughly.
Or they are afraid that the BIR or ombudsman may go after them if they do declare their investments in RMF.

Oh By The Way, you guys wanna know what kind of "close-knit" investors they have? All I can say are some PBA stars and some pinoy celebrities... I really pray and hope that the bastard con artist.. is CAUGHT!! AARRGGGHH!!!!
