Gusto ninyo ng magic?

Kung may BPI Express online account kayo tied to your BPI Trade account. Check ninyo kung tied up yung cash reflected sa BPI Express online and your BPI Trade cash, mostly hindi sila same.

Same scenario sakin sa mga kakilala kong may BPI online accounts din. My BPI-trade cash is greater as reflected in my BPI express online than the cash reflected on my BPI Trade account.

Check ninyo rin, ang mahirap pag lower ang reflected amounts or di reflected lahat ng credit/debit transactions.

I have been with bpitrade since it started its online trading and i have never encountered any problems except

1. if you want phone support, wala ka talaga makakausap for assistance regarding your account (probably due to security reasons). kaya meron rin akong phone broker.

2. pag gusto mo humingi ng account history na several months ago nakalipas, you have to pay a fee. sa phone broker ko walang extra fee.

3. minsan down ang system so hindi rin ako maka trade but since i have a phone broker, ok lang i can trade with them instead.

i maintain my bpitrade account mainly because takot ako na biglang magsara ang isang brokerage at hirap humabol sa pera or stocks position that i have left with them. better be sure than sorry.

is anyone try to contact BPI Trade landline and inquire when their system be online and ready for trading?

hope those BPI Trade user in the Philippines tried to contact them and get some information when will the problem be fixed.

i am still waiting for their system to be online again for trading - nowhere to go but WAIT...

hi bauer, regarding phone broker, is this with BPI Trade? could you provide insight on how to get a phone broker with them (arrangement, fee, documents and such other things), if possible. thanks in advance.

poor service!, good thing i opened my account in COL. So far, wala naman problema naencounter. Real time ang data. User friendly rin ang platform, madaling gamitin.

may BPItrade ako at COL, hindi talga pwede ang BPItrade kung daytrader ka, nakakatulong noon yong T3 nila sa akin kasi ayaw kung magbenta ng stocks kasi nga ayaw kung mag antay ng 3 days, kung down hinahayaan ko lang talaga at hindi ko tinitingnan, pero yng sa COL account ko lipat lang ako ng lipat pag nakita kung pula-pula, malaking lost tuloy, kaya mainam ang BPI sa longterm investment.

For me, if you can't follow your investment strategy that you can't sell when you want to sell or buy when you want to buy, that's when you loose money/opportunity.

I can't leave it on fate na if down ang system, hindi destined ipa-benta sakin yung stock or bumili ng stock.

i think walang 'destiny' sa stock trading. just look for another online platform that meets your expectation.

maybe it's not fate. maybe if the system is down it's what's best for him. you know, god moves in mysterious ways. hehe.

I use BPI Trade too. The past two weeks it was down when I needed it. Because of that, I lost some opportunities. I work in IT too so I understand they may have issues from time to time. But to have continued issues and being down for most of the day, somebody's head in their IT department must roll. Their system is very simple. I can even say, it is severely lacking some very basic features which I think are necessary for a decent stock trading platform. So I don't understand where the issues lie. They didn't even had decent advisory on ETA when the system will be up.

I wont recommend BPI Trade to anyone. I don't have any other account so I cannot recommend another platform.

question:

i must have missed the advisory.

my withdrawable amount is negative while tradeable is suspiciously bigger. can anybody confirm if the trdeable amount is reliable? i am too lazy to go through my transactions today.
