What crime are you trying to say he committed? A bank or investment goes out of business, runs out of money and of checks bounce. You guys don't get it. The business has no money to pay the creditors. There is no crime. Simply a badly manage business that run out of funds. Do you think you will have luck in the court when you accuse the company of managing the business badly?

BigInvestor2, since you are a big investor based on your nick or in real life, why don't you try to follow the footsteps of your idol (CDLA) by fooling a lot of small investors and issuing thousands of worthless checks. let us see if your argument above " What crime are you trying to say i committed?" will hold during court proceedings.

why are you trying to take out your anger on this guy? This type of bad investment is very common everywhere the rich taking from the poor,, legally it seems the best you can do is bad checks and with all of the lawyers and all of the money you will be lucky if the guy goes to jail at all...For what ever reason or by what ever means the guy took YOUR money now i keep hearing we should hire a lawyer has anyone done that yet? As for getting your money back well winning the lottery would be a better bet.. And before you jump up and down and say.. IF YOU HAVE not Pnnb investment you dont belong here i say this forum is for everyone ...

well I am sorry to see your trying to take out your lose on everyone else also... how about I start a thread on the pleasure of riding elevators all day and you start one on how to lose money then we can both practice our skills...and your contribution to the forum is what your investment advise..... you laugh at my elevator but not only was it a wise purchase for a very tall house but its cost effective and maybe you can ask yourself what kind of person would spend over 1m peso on such a thing... Ans. is someone who does not lose money but gains

I'm not taking my loss out on everyone else, perhaps reading is not your strong point, and nor did I lose a lot of money to my ex wife like you did out of pure stupidity. The only person I know that would spend 1m on an elevator is someone that is too fat to walk up the stairs.

Now, in case you had not noticed this thread was about Legacy consolidated plans. Have you anything useful to contribute or not? Have you any useful information to those that lost their money, some of the poor Filipinos that lost everything they had? If not, I suggest you ride some more in your elevator. We all know why you cannot socialise with other people so maybe it is the safest thing for you to do all day

Why dont you stop worrying about what i have to say and consern yourself with making money ... and where did i say i lost a lot of money to my x wife? As for the elevator sorry to say i am not fat but nice of you to inquire about my looks but this forum is not about men and women its about money

hoy, it was you who started to deviate from this topic by bragging about your 5 storey house and your cheap 1M elevator. my car costs more than your 1M elevator.

i can imagine your lot is small (less than 30 sq.meters maybe because you cannot afford to buy a bigger lot), that is why you build a ridiculous and abnormal 5 storey house.
